Yesterday to 6 I had a very bad experience at shoprite. Want to withdraw money. I don't know was it the tillcontroller or manager. But she came and took money from the cashiers till and stand and count it at the till with the security 3 times. Meanwhile there are customers waiting to be help.
Don't even say to the customers sorry or anything. I don't no its it your prosedure

Desired outcome: just talk to them better customer service please.
