Shoprite Checkers – Rude cashier and security guard

On the 8th of june I visited shoprite liquor in diepkloof zone 1 and was assisted by the cashier named lerato, she was very rude and disrespectul and it even went as far as her throwing money on me which is my change logged a complaint on hellopeter, sent a complaint to shoprite complaints department one guy called me and even asked me to send the receipt of the transaction guess what till day no one has ever bothered calling me back, worse upon me having an argument with lerato there was this one lady who is a security guard who was also so rude to me I now have an impression that shoprite teaches their staff incompetence and disresprect towards clients because how is it that I still haven't been called is my complaint not valid
