Shoprite Checkers – Bad service

I want to complain about the bad service I got yesterday in Shoprite Chrishanni Mall at Vosloorus, The cashier named Natasha Mthembu refused to serve me as I was in a que, instead she puts all her friends, infront and serve them before me while I was standing there... The event occured between 12:00 and 13:00, you can even check on CCTV, I left the store without my products... I was wearing a green work suit with a red scarf and a pink hat... So this made me an unhappy customer. Is this a training you offer to your stuff or they just do as they please... I really want to know if this is how you operate or what, coz on other retailers they don't do this and the always make sure that the Customer leaves with a smile not a sad face... Please try to fix this, if you dont then Shoprite will lose lots of customers.
