Shoppers Drug Mart review: So frustrated with the behavior of shoppers drug mart staff, very disturbing and very unprofessional.

The behavior of Shoppers Drug Mart in Port Union and Lawrence East in Scarborough is not acceptable. The first name of of the Owner is Ghulam and I had email him twice and tried to come to his office but he is not around. Beware of the staff named Dion in that store, he is frustrated simply because I just want to make sure if my son's prescriptions are ready. I had two emails to the owner in which remained unanswered, even I told him without responding to my emails, I will go to higher up or Complaint Board. My wife and I went to another Shoppers 2 years ago simply because of their staff behaviors are not acceptable for those seniors, retired and in our 70s now. Leonardo at [protected].
