Nobody waiting for shot there but could see Bebo (nurse sitting inside with no one inside), my request form not delivered to her for 15 minutes. Saw couples appeared for shot at consultation window in front of me were directed towords drop in window. They came back in 2-3 minutes and sat down with me. There form was delivered by Faith right away and were called in in 1 minute for shot and left. I was perplex and waited another 5 min and was called in by Bedo. I asked her for delay, she said misplace of form by Faith might be the reason. I question her to dogge me where she spoke very rudly and would not let me finish my sentence. I asked her to let me know employee name who brought my form she say go to her window and find our very rudely. I want SDM to find out about this delay and fix this problem.
