Shoppers Drug Mart review: Ripoff

Do not get anything at shoppers!
Bought a similar controller and unannounced to me? They sold me an opened box with a missing usb wire, and refused to give me an exchange or refund, and even telling me to contact the manufacturer, and when I did? The manufacturer even said to have the retailer do exchange or refund, essex shoppers refuse that and said not our problem. So had to drive to kingsville shoppers and omg they actually gave me an exchange on my controller and even check the box to make sure the missing wire was there. And kingsville lost money while essex robbed kingsville. Ashame usually I don't post anything negative on anyone, but essex shoppers seem they don't give a crap about their customers and could care less about them, kudos to kingsville shoppers
