Shoppers Drug Mart review: Return policy

A few days ago I bought a package of kinesiology tape to support my ankle of KT Tape Brand from Shoppers Drug Mart. It claims to be water-resistant and last up to 7 days. However, it comes off so easy due to my sweat, and after 1 day it off completely. Based on their return policy written I don't find anything that not allowing me to do the return because the product does not meet the expectation and satisfaction of the customer.
Therefore, I brought it to the store and return it but was refused by the staff there...
