Shoppers Drug Mart review: Refusal to give me my package from. The postal service inside

November 19, 2020 when I went to shoppers store number 454 around 12:20pm for picking up a package from the post office dealer inside, I did not have a mask on as I cannot breath properly in a mask and kindly let the lady know that I am exempt from where a mask. She said she needs to see a paper and I said I don't have any upon which she said I can't enter the store. So I said can you get the package for me then and she just said no. Then Margaret showed up and was extremely unprofessional and blurted out that I have to to wear a mask.. I said that I am exempt and she just said that I have to leave. Upon which I said can you get the package for me then, trying to show her the pickup slip I had gotten a day or two before. Margaret didn't even look at the slip and just proceed to be very unfriendly and unpleasant urging me to leave the store. As I stood by the door I asked her what her name was upon which she closed her nametag and I asked that she provide written letter that she is not letting me in the store to pick up my package. She didn't want to listen and just kept threating to call the health inspector or the RCMP. Margaret didn't even consider the option of getting my package for me while I wait outside. Further she doesn't knwo how I feel when wearing a and that requiring me to wear a mask is potentially life threatening and extremely dangerous. This constitutes a failure of her duty and her job. And cost me time and stress for going there without even considering a reasonable solution as I had asked her to get the package for me if I am not allowed to enter the store without a mask. But like I said before she didn't handle the situation professionally and was not solution oriented. I require a reasonable solution which keeps both parties happy. I have no problem waiting outside while someone brings the package outside to me and wearing a mask is unacceptable to me as I have said before I cannot breathe in them and I feel like my life is in danger. Please consider the proposed solution to avoid further conflict. Thank you.
