Shoppers Drug Mart review: Products not carried anymore

I've been a customer of this store for over 10 years and today I've discovered that 2 products that I buy in a regular basis have been taken off the shelves. Arrid anti perspirant and just for men beard balm. These are basic items, items I produce the demand for. You stores assistant manager did not take any accountability and I doubt this message will make any impact. Your customers should have a say in what you carry. In particular when a customer asks the store manager to make a request to restock these items, it should be considered. After 10 years shopping at this store, I'm not going to keep my business with you if I have to go to another store to get the basic items I buy on a regular basis, and unless this is regulated, you'll be losing a customer who has spent $1000s of dollars at your store every year.
