Shoppers Drug Mart review: Poor customer service.

Got a wrong lotion, did not read the ingredients so when used caused me an severe allergic reaction went to the store for an exchange with the receipt the next day however the cashier refused to exchange the item or return it and claimed that it has been open, lotion doesn't come in any package, also is open when in store as well so her claim was. Unvalued. She was very rude and unprofessional. Claimed that items can not be returned due to covid after I confronted her and she noticed that I have a great knowledge of the store policy's which is also unvalued and not announced by shoperrs nor the health authority of the city of winnipeg. She tried to get the security to get me out after but she couldn't as he saw she was at false. Did not want to give her name either and claimed that she forgot her tag at home.
