Today I called the Trenton Ontario shoppers drug Mart pharmacy to find out some information about a refill that was being refilled by my doctor, so I was just checking in.
The lady on the phone was extremely rude to me, and stated that it had already been done and picked up in April. Which is fine, it would be my mistake. Life is busy we forget sometimes. Only human.
But she explained it to me if the expiry on the bottom doesn’t state April. If that’s not the one then to “look harder”. Her tone and absolute rudeness towards me is unnecessary. If you hate your job then maybe it’s time to you on you. It takes nothing to be a nice person.
Also this is not the only time this pharmacy department has been rude to me and many others. I hear nothing but bad things. My business will go elsewhere.
Desired outcome: Maybe some improvements with customer service. Maybe review some staff and consider if they really are helping or hurting your business.
