Shoppers Drug Mart review: pharmacist

I was picking up a prescription from the above pharmacy and was very disappointed in the behaviour of the pharmacist. She was rude and dismissive of my questions. I have never encountered her before as I usually pick up during the day.
When filling prescriptions a customers questions and concerns should be dealt with in a professional manner and a leat a modicum of compassion.
She was so rude that I will be finding another pharamacy to fill my prescriptions and moving my elderly parents from this location as well. She behaved in a way that was completly unprofessional. It was upsetting enough that I will no longer be a customer of this particular store at all.
