Shoppers Drug Mart review: paid for 1 day shipping $25.00 and it has been 5 days and I still don’t have my item. it was a birthday gift. I want my money back.

Bought an item online because you do not carry it in the store. Paid $25.00 for 1 day delivery. Still do not have item. Canada post says tuesday feb. 11, 2020
I want a refund of the shipping. I could have shipped it for free on your website.
