Shoppers Drug Mart review: Not scanned points and overbooked too much money

it was not a cashier I waited with other customers pay in the cosmetics department.The lady was overstrained to settle the goods and to scan points card.I talked to the manager Tenni. She was very uncomfortable and cheeky.I buy regularly at shoppers drug mart and something like that happened to me for the first time usually everyone is friendly. But this Tenni has been really unfriendly and naughty.
