Shoppers Drug Mart review: lottery

Hi,

I'm sorry if my message isn't clear.
I already called and complaint about this.

Anyways I won $1.00 on a Lucky 7 Scratch and win ticket + $2.00 on Keno which equals to= $3.00.

I then wanted to purchase a $6.00 poker.

I used my $3.00 lottery winnings and $4.00 cash to pay for $6.00 Poker Lotto.
$3.00+$4.00-$6.00=$1.00 (I HAVE $1.00 CHANGE THE CASHIER OWES ME)

Though after the Poker Lotto played on the screen It say
$2.00 Instant win and I chose to redeem right away and get my replacement ticket.

So the cashier was suppose to give me $1.00 change+ $2.00 Instant win which equals =$3.00 though he didn't.

They only gave me $1.00.

If someone calls me I could explain the issue more clearer.
