Shoppers Drug Mart review: Customer service

As I was picking up my monthly prescription at store #0821 located at 770 Lawrence St. W.. I normally pick up a few items along the way at the store when I pick up my prescription. My experience with the CS at the pharmacy was absolutely the rudest behavior I have encountered to date at this pharmacy. The lady literally gave me the most disgusted look and told me that we do not cash out these items here. I informed her I was not aware as I normally acquire items when picking up my monthly prescription and there was no signage etc. that stated items picked up in the store must be cashed out at the front. As I informed the person these items were from inside their store. She had a mask, gloves & white coat on. She literally acted disgusted and told me to hold the items as she would not touch them. I have had incidences at this location prior. They have miscalculated my chemo medication twice. I actually had to explain the quantity to the pharmacist. I hope that moving forward this location received advanced customer service training. This was the most embarrassing and hostile encounter I have ever had as a patient picking up my medication and purchasing items at Shoppers Drug Mart. Going forward I will reconsider where I fill my prescriptions and spend my money. Thank you for your time and attention to this issue.
