Shoppers Drug Mart review: customer service

Just came from Shoppers and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of cashiers. One and only one on and lineups to the back of the store. A supervisor finally came out and started taking some customers at the Photo area. No other cashiers were scheduled. I asked to see the manager after my 20 minute wait and was told that "I wouldn't do that if I were you." No reason given when I questioned her. I complained to the supervisor who really didn't care.

I've been a customer of this store for many years now, but I'm angry enough to never go there again. I will not use the self checkout. I tried it - didn't like it, and frankly want a cashier. When Shoppers starts giving customers discounts for using the self check out, I'll consider using one.

Not very happy.
