Shoppers Drug Mart review: Bad customer service

Me and my Partner went to shoppers drug mart at king gates mall branch 370 east Broadway Vancouver B.C. at around 8:42 pm September 10,2026 .
I was excited because it was Thursday and Seniors day so there's a discount upon inter action with the Filipina cashier by name Glen. I told her its my day Seniors day discount and she said yes. And I paid my items and went back home and I noticed no discount at all and we decided to comeback and tell her ,and upon discussing with her that she never gave me a discount and he started yelling and getting mad to me and keep saying that I must know it that all discounted items are not discounted by the seniors day and I told her I never experience like this always they gave me discount and she told me she's been working there for 16 years and i must know it .And I told her all of them even the white guy who works at night always gave me a discount and she said that's why he got fired here at work ,,,.and she said thats's Fraud that all my co workers giving discount on seniors day which is the items already been discounted . Three days ago I bought a lotto ticket to her and my lotto ticket got wet and I told her my ticket is wet and keep checking my tumbler in the counter and she keeps saying its my tumbler that's cause the water I told her no and I showed to her from the counter there's a water and it was her tumbler and keep arguing to me and getting mad and pissed off so I just look at her and say to my self she is not my level no manners and respect towards customers stop yelling and be mad to customers Thank you
