They signed for the wrong item last Dec 30, item ordered was for a PS4 version of the game, did not inform me that the wrong item was sent by re -seller and sent a crop photo to hide the fact. unknowingly I had the item shipped based on the photo. And they say they are not liable for such an issue. That issue number 1. 2nd issue I advised 3 different items will arrive in 3 different packages on 16, 17 and 18 ahead of time. They misplaced the first box that arrived on the 16th and located it after 5 days. They also mixed the contents of Box 1 and Box 2. In good faith I gave them a chance to ship the items and consolidate it and yet again. they misplaced the consolidated box that contained boxes 1, 2, and 3. Aside from that they keep closing a ticket without confirming customer issue was sorted. They also provide contradicting statements depending on who addresses the issue. See screenshots provided. Pay close attention to the dates. They also admit into providing useless or invalid tracking numbers.

You Guys need to stay away from these guys.
Check if they are even BBB accredited first just a friendly advice.
