Sheetz Food

I come to Pennsylvania often and when I do my family and I like to enjoy a meal at Sheetz.
But this time I am very dissatisfied and unpleased. I ordered a few things two of which was a burrito and A Shmiscuit. The Shmiscuit was dry and cold even though I ordered it toasted. The burrito was terrible and lacked the items I requested. Iam unhappy with this meal, it is already hard enough to find a nice meal when we do not eat meat!

Sheetz poor service, possibly vindictive (?)

At approximately 5:15 yesterday (03/04/2020) I had stopped in for cigarettes, the line ahead wasnt very long but there were several people behind me (7). An associate and thw assistant manager (tammy vanatta) were behind the registers until I came to be next and ms vannata just left the register, hampering the service level under the guise of needing to get food orders out, though leaving another associate idle behing the food counter.
Im not positive, though you may find out if she is questioned, if she were acting in a discriminatory nature. It is all on camera: her leaving what would have been a small matter for two registers, the idle associate not working any food orders, just leaning and smiling at something ms vanatta was saying from behind the partition while customers are seeing this.
Hopefully this breach in service is at least discussed with her as it has to be effecting sales.. I spoke to several people that refuse to shop there in the future.
Again I have to reiterate my suspicion of vindictive or unproffessioanl behavior. It is not the first time she's left a line of customers waiting and not replaced herself at the register.. Just the first I know of on camera. Its certainly a great way to elevate competitors business though. And yet I have to suspect her behavior is resulting from a relationship gone bad... And it not with me to be certain
For vido indexing it was at approximately 5:15 pm est on 03/04/2020... I will be visible in a grey parka, greenish ski cap, and using a blue metallic cane.
How is this acceptable from a business standpoint for any reason?

Sheetz customer service, food, sheetz app

Soooo... As the comments complain about sheetz goes on here is our lovely experience with this horrible stop... We travel alot and go to many sheetz throughout westmoreland county.. Since I was a kid ive enjoyed getting sheetz made to order food and typically I do have a pleasant experience when I stop in. However in new stanton pa that will not be the case. They employees are completely unprofessional and disrespectful. The food is well below standards, and the customer service is horribe thats being nice. I could tell you story after story about this joke of establishment but most recent tops it by far and I will never go there again.

Okay so sometimes im not dressed up and put together 100% when I stop in (I mean its f*ing sheetz, a gas station) anyways even though on a wkly basis I have spent hundreds at this establishment they have literally treated me like a thief who robs them blind any chance myself or boyfriend get. They watch us every move we make throughout the store like we are just stashing down our pants its really annoying and honestly quiet frankly a turn off for the company. I have never stolen from this store but they treat me like thats all I do. I spend 50+ everytime I go in and they forget that I suppose. Ontop of that the food gets worse everytime I order.

This last time I placed my order online. And put a note in that I wanted my dressings for hoagie and burger on the side. Mind you I requested this first hand, the proceeded to not do it. Of course. So my boyfriend called in and simply requested and I quote "to please remake the items and we would bring the current ones back and trade." the clerk was ironically stumbled by the request proceeded to talk to the manager/shift leader while we were still on phone and talked not so pleasantly about the request as if we were asking for something unheard of, then the shift leader proceeded to get on the phone and tell us she was looking on order and that we did not request such a thing, my boyfriend then proceeded to say once again "idk if it didnt go through or if they just didnt read it". Taking responsiblity for there mistake still and she then proceeded to say and I quote "I mean the only thing we can do is remake the items and you can bring that back to us but make sure you bring those items back." so basically insinuating that we were trying to get them to let us keep something we didnt want in the first place or trying to get something for frree. When we just simply wanted the food to be made properly. When he went to make the switch they proceeded to stare him down clueless as ever like none of them knew what he was talking about even though we literally just called 5 mins beforehand. Then the cashier proceeds to tell my boyfrined that this is what he does and theres no way to make that request on the app. Which I know that I requested it online so clearly hes an impossible and for it being what he does he doesnt know very much.

Also my credit card doesnt swipe but I have id and all documentation to prove that it is mine and we have to manually type it in to use it and they acted like I was retarded for asking such a thing and that I was stealing yet again even though I can prove in every aspect that the card is mine.

This establishment really needs help. Management needs to swoop in and handle the employees train them and make sure they follow rules and regulations as well as not disrespect the customers. Corporate needs to go in and see this place is sad sad sad. I will never stop here again honestly might of turned me against sheetz in general. Im disgusted disappointed and humiliated over this establishment the employees behaviors.

Need I not mention about the clerk behind the counter one day watching me like I was stealing so I asked her what exactly she was watching or needed (finally had it) with the way they treated me there mixed with a bad day and she proceeded to act like a toddler and repeated or mocked everything I said to which I told her to please grow up and do her job and she proceeded to call security for her actions! She literally tried bating me to fight with her but I didnt feed into her childishness. Whatever happened to respecting your customers customer is always right?! Not anymore atleast at this joke.

Sheetz Service time

We waited 45 minutes for made to order food on a Saturday night at 2 am. Finally got our money back, be ause we couldnt wait anymore. The manager was very apologetic, and said they are severely understaffed. I WONT SPEND MY MONEY AT A COMPANY THAT DOESNT CARE ENOUGH ABOUT ITS EMPLOYEES OR THE CUSTOMERS, TO SCHEDULE ENOUGH PEOPLE DURING BUSY HOURS. YOU ARE NOT SAVING BY SHORT STAFFING.

Sheetz Quality of food. And fountain drink

I stopped at sheets in st marys on my way home from work for gas and something to eat and drink! What a big mistake! I got my gas with no problem! Then I went inside to order and pay! I ordered a chicken sandwich. Small order of fries and large fountain drink! I got my ticket for what I ordered and tried to go to register to pay but had to wait at least ten minutes to pay! There were at least 10 people lined up to pay And only one cashier!what a joke! When I finally got to pay ! I proceeded to fountain drink area! I tried to get a large diet Dr Pepper but all foam! As usual! The the girl called my number for my food! I got my food and headed home! I live 5 minutes away! The fries were cold and for the best part was still cold inside! I think it was froze in middle! What a disgusting stop! I have never been so mad! You can bet I will never stop at sheets again!

Sheetz French Toast Sticks

Why is the default for most of the employees at Sheetz to put cinnamon sugar on these? If you're allergic to it and something happens is Sheetz liable? If I buy them and press no for that option why the hell do they think it's the default for them. Plain is the default and if someone wanted it then it would be a lot less bothersome than getting that garbage on there and having to tell them you didn't want it. I have the utmost respect for retail employees and sympathize with their job but this is just plain lazy and not paying attention because it is not even close to the first time this has happened.

Sheetz Food/ service

I first wanna start off with I had got a 6 inch turkey sub and I had wanted it toasted. I got home and it wasn't toasted. Now the main reason I am putting this complaint in is my three friends and I went in to get food. And while I had already gotten my food I was waiting for my other friend to get hers me and my other friend were standing by the alcohol cooler. And when the lady handed my friend her food she screamed at me and my other friend to get away from the color because she knows for a fact we aren't of age.in fact we are of age. All 3 of us are 21. She did not have to approach the situation like that. She could of nicely asked us to move away from the cooler. We then called the store and they hung up on us.

Sheetz custom made salad

At the Sterling Virginia Sheetz I ordered custom salad to take with me on a car trip. Several hours later when I opened the salad bowl, there were French fries coated with cheese on top. Many of the fries were interspersed with the salad. I NEVER ordered French fries. I have a heart condition and cannot eat fried food.
My husband had unwanted fries on his custom salad, and he had none of the ham he ordered with the salad. And, if those fries were cooked in the same oil as shrimp, my husband was at risk for a severe allergic reaction; he is allergic to shellfish.
We have been Sheetz customers for years. I am appalled at this error and will not be returning to Sheetz.

Sheetz management / ordering / cigarettes / not having what I need

Please take this for what it is worth. I stopped tonight after not stopping for a month or so to purchase a pack of smokes. The reason I haven't been stopping there is because I stopped almost everyday for a month when this store opened but the store didn't have my brand of cigarettes which is Salem 100's. The dark green pack. Please understand that your location is closer for me to stop at, rather than driving down the road to the WAWA who always has what I need. I have spoken with the store manager(s) in the past as well as the clerks and requested that they purchase my brand of smokes. I was always promised they will, but yet you never have them? You receive replenishemnt deliveries almost every day of the week. At the time you opened this location, I smoked 3 packs a day and would buy cartons every two to three days. Your store failed and is still failing today as I couldn't even buy one (1) pack because you still don't have them. You have all other variations of Salem cigarettes except what I have requested in the past, the 100's. I can't be the only person in the 19606 zip code that smokes this brand... but then again, maybe we are all buying them from Wawa and that is OK. Wawa is a very fine establishment who seems to really cater to its customers and they listen. Sheetz used to be that way also, however this recent experience has me wondering what went wrong with your band. I guess I will drive the additional mile to buy what I need. At least they are dependable. Sheetz was better years ago when they didn't directly compete with Wawa in the same demographics. Unhappy customer.

Sheetz wrong order

I received the wrong order while at sheetz tonight. I was disappointed to come home to find no chicken or Mac n cheese bites. I attached a picture of the receipt on my bag and a picture of what was in the box. Is there any chance I can receive a refund or store credit. I received tater tots and Wisconsin cheese bites only, which I do not eat either of because I do not like them.

Sheetz meatball sub

Hello...I ordered a meatball sub from Sheetz, Cranberry - number 521 - February 9th at approximately 3 pm. I ordered it with pickles, black olives, jalapeno peppers and mild pepper rings. The mild pepper rings and jalapeno peppers are not on the sandwich. There is very little sauce and it looks like it was tossed together quickly. This Sheetz location usually does a good job. I'm disappointed this time.

Sheetz closed kitchen and restrooms

On the morning of February 8th I stopped here at 2am on my way home from work to get my daughter lunch for the following day. As I entered the store I noticed homemade signs on the door that stated the kitchen and restrooms were closed. I often work late and stop quite frequently and I have never seen this before. I ended up going to your store at 130 and 48. Is this a common practice? If so that's fine, it wasn't an inconvenience and I dont want anything free, I just thought it should be brought to your attention, on a better note, the second store I stopped at had the best and friendliest customer service I have ever encountered and they should be commended. Thanks

Sheetz steak hoagie

I go to the Sheetz on Route 60 all the time, but today I got a full steak Hoagie that was awful. The bread was overcooked, extremely dried out and I'm not sure it was even a foot long. It was disappointing to pay almost $9 and be disappointed. Everything else I've gotten has been really good. Therefore today was so jarring. It seems I get better quality at Get Go after today.

Sheetz mto burrito

They always forget something, but it's our favorite fast food place. So we went today and I got a burrito and they definitely forgot the boom boom sauce and ranch. It's usually the ranch for my wings they forget which I can understand. But leaving both sauces off my burrito :-(
That really ruined it for me, not to mention it was my birthday dinner burrito.

Sheetz food

Stop there on a regular basis, never disappointed, went on wed morning, got a spicy chicken sandwich and a cheesburger, both were terrible. They were super busy, but not an excuse. Burger wasnt cooked all wy, bagel was hard as a rock, none of extras that were requested were on there. Spicy chicken was hard as a rock, and edges appeared possibly freezer burnt, because it wasnt edible was so hrd on the edges .paid 1147 for garbage

Sheetz food service and price

U just want to say first that when I lived in Winchester VA, about 4 yrs ago, Sheetz was my favorite store. I loved the food, drinks, service and prices. But I moved to Bealeton and didn't have a Sheetz close enough to go to. However a couple of weeks ago one opened right down the road from me. I was very happy that I could now go to Sheetz again. I have been a handful of times and constantly I have been disappointed. I don't know if Sheetz itself has changed, the prices the food is really what it used to be. The last thing I got was some chicken sliders with additional onions rings. This addition was.90cents. When I saw the 2 little onion rings, one one each sandwich, I questioned the guy at the food station if 2 little onion rings were really.90cents? He said yes. I will say I do not mind paying a little more for food if it's good, but the prices of the all the food is higher, and to see what you are charging for extra toppings, I am just done. I'm only using my last experience as an example, but other things Ive ordered, like taco salads, etc. I just felt ripped off really. I absolutely will not eat at Sheetz again. I was someone who used to order lots of food there, its sad really. All those OVER priced additions for extremely small portions, lost you at least 5 people in my immediately family. Your high prices, & lower quality food items = less customers. What a shame.

Sheetz ruby who works at the front cover

Ruby who work at the register at nights has a nasty attitude. She doesn't halp you move your stuff if she is at a different register. She also has a very nasty attitude. And for this reason I'm gonna stop going into Sheetz at night and I will take my business to Royal farms in Littlestown. Unless something is done about her. She doesn't need to be so rude to the customers.

Sheetz cold brew coffee

Got a large cold brew coffee at the Sheetz off of the Wexford exit in PA with almond milk. I thought that my milk was just all on the bottom of the cup and they just didn't mix it untill I was driving down the road and it was spoiled. The almond milk is chunky and spoiled sitting in my coffee. This is very disappointing. I am working and travel for work and was not able to stop again to get another coffee.

Sheetz employee

This morning on January 19th at 1:10 a.m. I had one of your Cooks be very hostile towards me because I had ordered two milkshakes. He was cursing thinking I wouldn't hear him pointing at my order to another employee fussing about it and slamming the refrigerator doors as hard as he could and throwing things around. Is a taller light-skinned black man with a beard that was wearing a gray shirt. I do not appreciate being treated this way just because I ordered two milkshakes. My wife is pregnant and when she gets a craving for a milkshake late at night I don't believe that I should be treated this way and made to feel very uncomfortable and intimidated and worried that he is going to turn on me and yell at me about it I don't think it is right or Fair when I pretty much come to sheets every day spending my hard-earned money and then I have to deal with something like this. You can even go back on the cameras and look at 1 to 1:15 and watch

Sheetz coffee/cappuccino machine

I went into Youngwood sheetz and took my sheetz coffee mug and tried getting capacinio out of one despencer, which was French vanilla, and it was straight water. So then I tried peppermint mocha and it looked alright so I assumed it was going to be ok. But it wasn't, it had no flavor and just tasted like straight water and nothing else, no flavor at all. I was just expecting a better quality.
In the picture I sent with this message, you can see that it looks alright, somewhat, but I assure you it has no flavor.
