Sheetz

On the morning of February 8th I stopped here at 2am on my way home from work to get my daughter lunch for the following day. As I entered the store I noticed homemade signs on the door that stated the kitchen and restrooms were closed. I often work late and stop quite frequently and I have never seen this before. I ended up going to your store at 130 and 48. Is this a common practice? If so that's fine, it wasn't an inconvenience and I dont want anything free, I just thought it should be brought to your attention, on a better note, the second store I stopped at had the best and friendliest customer service I have ever encountered and they should be commended. I was at Sheetz in Monroeville pa getting some food. And they forgot about my order then they made it wrong and I was waiting for a hour just to get my food. This is ridiculous, I have never had so much bad service from sheetz ever until today. I absolutely live sheetz but I'm thinking about never coming back to this location again because they have terrible service. No one apologized even the manager on duty did not care also I was not the only one who had their order messed up. I am so frustrated with this store.
