Sheetz - Burrito and service

I went into procurement avenue Reading PA 19606 sheets this morning.

I go there almost every morning to get a burrito that I eat for my lunch and dinner. Usually the services wonderful and the food is great.

There is a girl that works there. She is short with blonde hair I'm not sure of her name. When she makes them they are tiny and not worth the money I pay for them. I've said something before afterwards but I've never brought it back. Today I brought it back it was completely not satisfactory.

The girl that made it, was asked to remake it again. And I was very apologetic, I know how it is to work in service industry. But I also would like to get what I paid for.

When she gave me the new burrito, I said I was sorry to be a hassle...

She cut me off, in not very nice tone at all and said something like "it is measured and that's what I do so I can't help it..."

I get burrito almost every morning from them, for years now... And I never have them as tiny as the ones she makes. And paying $8,I so least expect more than 3 bites worth, and 99% of the tone that's exactly what I get.

Her attitude was not appreciated, and she really made me feel like I'm not welcome there anymore. That's not a correct customer service at all, no matter what.

She really ruined my experience and my morning.

Desired outcome: I would like for the manager to speak to this employee. When she is working I will not be getting food at this place again.

Sheetz - management / ordering / cigarettes / not having what I need

Please take this for what it is worth. I stopped tonight after not stopping for a month or so to purchase a pack of smokes. The reason I haven't been stopping there is because I stopped almost everyday for a month when this store opened but the store didn't have my brand of cigarettes which is Salem 100's. The dark green pack. Please understand that your location is closer for me to stop at, rather than driving down the road to the WAWA who always has what I need. I have spoken with the store manager(s) in the past as well as the clerks and requested that they purchase my brand of smokes. I was always promised they will, but yet you never have them? You receive replenishemnt deliveries almost every day of the week. At the time you opened this location, I smoked 3 packs a day and would buy cartons every two to three days. Your store failed and is still failing today as I couldn't even buy one (1) pack because you still don't have them. You have all other variations of Salem cigarettes except what I have requested in the past, the 100's. I can't be the only person in the 19606 zip code that smokes this brand... but then again, maybe we are all buying them from Wawa and that is OK. Wawa is a very fine establishment who seems to really cater to its customers and they listen. Sheetz used to be that way also, however this recent experience has me wondering what went wrong with your band. I guess I will drive the additional mile to buy what I need. At least they are dependable. Sheetz was better years ago when they didn't directly compete with Wawa in the same demographics. Unhappy customer.
