I ve been a customer of sheetz for quite awhile, I stop there about everyday, two mornings last week the coffee pots were empty, so I left and stopped at the circle k, today I stopped at your virgina ave store in cumberland to fill my truck up with gas and went inside and ordered sandwichs and frie s for supper, went to the cashier to payand was told they dont accept checks nn more, I ve paid with checks there since they opened the place. I dont understand this, they have a machine to run a check like they always did bottom line is I told the cashier just to forget it and walked out;very poor decision on sheetz behalf, guess I ll be stopping at the circle k for everything, they take checks, they have the machine to run them also, I guess their not to lazy to use it!

I have sent 2 previous complaints on 2 stores in Durham NC on Davis Dr and Miami Blvd. I am cutting up my card, my family 5 cards and the ones my security employees use. We are changing to Shell. At least Shell emails a copy each time. But your lazy employees have forced me inside for the last time with all this virus mess going on. Stand in line with a bunch of no mask thug

my complaint is the sheetz credit card i have a credit card from sheetz about 2 years statred with 500 hundred went to 800 hundred i have great credit 700 up nothing negtive on my credit nothing wrong with the sheetz card i pay more than the monthy payment by 50 dollars plus min payment never over limit never missed payment so why the reduced amount so my problem with is its hurts my credit score because they lower and why ? no answer from them thomas king [protected] i dont think i will ever use the card again or shop at a sheetz again

Today (May 23, 2020, approx 9:30 a.m.) I stopped to make an in-store purchase at Sheetz (PA 97 x PA15 in Gettysburg, PA. Despite lots of signage, an older man entered the store ahead of me without any form of face mask. I waited a bit and then went in, made my purchase, and asked to see the manager on duty. I said I understood that staff are not 'police' but wondered why none called the man out to ask he put on a mask. She said under the current 'code yellow' status, the state would not permit them to say anything to a customer. I am a senior citizen, told that I am in a high risk category. I was appalled by that response. I had two other stores to visit this morning, and I inquired in each about their 'policy'. Both, as private businesses, said it wouldn't matter what the state said, it is their right to refuse service to customers and currenlty being without PPE is a cause for such refusal.

We are just re-opening businesses here. The very last thing I want to see is a major resurgence of COVID19 infections that could cause another shut-down. And I am not really protected unless others around me observe simple precautions.

Please tell me this is not really your corporate policy in this pandemic! I was temped to take off my shirt and shoes (normally required attire for all customers at most any store) and see how quickly staff would say something to me. As it stands, I don't feel I can be a Sheetz customer again until this issue is resolved.

I am NOT seeking any kind of refund, or other accomodation. I merely want to feel some measure of safety if I choose to enter your store.

I was charged 2$ for a small cup of frech vanilla coffe creamer I like a lot of cream in my coffee other times I was told they could only give me a pc cup of mate and was charged the price of QA small coffee certain employees were very rude young punks this was at the Oakdale rd sheetz in princeton wv the sheetz on Courthouse was even worse they refused to give me any unless I paid for a extra large cup of coffee and all I got was a small cup half full I've been going to sheetz for a long time the attitude of some employees is horrible the coffees watered down I'm not the only one thats complaining I go to work at 6 am when the self serve coffee was available it usually empty had to hunt someone down to fix a fresh pot totally ridiculous

I was at the Sheetz in bloomsburg pa 4-12-20 I ordered 2 large iced vanilla lattes along with other food after paying I went to pick up my food and drinks when my order was called when I told the girl behind the counter that it was the frozen latte not the iced lattes that I ordered she stated "well if you really want I can make you the right ones but these are better cause there more expensive" seeming like it was a bother to her I just took the frozen drinks

I went to your Beale Ave store at 9:15 am this morning to purchase a Large Coffee cup. I don't care for your black tea and the fact that you don't have stevia I make my own at home or work. I normally buy a cup of hot water then use my own tea bags and sweetener. The two girls working said we cant give you an empty cup. I told them again I want to pay for it. They again said they cant do that. I told them fill the cup with hot water and I will pay for it. The one girl went back and brought out an empty cup and said here take it. I said no I will pay for it. After she charged me $2.11 for the cup, the change dispenser dispensed the wrong amount of change. It was over double what it should have gave me. I brought it to her attention and she said maybe the customer before me left there change in the dispenser. I could go to Rutter's where they serve Lipton Tea and Stevia but I never encountered this before at your establishments. If this happens again, I will go to Rutters.
