On June 6,2022 I walked into the Sheetz in Louisa,VA at 11:21 pm. I walked to the counter and was trying to ask for L&M menthol. Nothing was coming out when I tried to tell the cashier what I needed. I also have a mental issue where it takes a second to register what someone says something to me. So when she asked what I needed it took a second to register what she said. She then got really loud and yelled "What are you asking for". When I walked away I did tell her to never talk to me like that again. This is not the first time Louisa has had poor customer service.
Desired outcome: My desired outcome is for cashier to be consistent that people do have mental issues and to have better customer service.
Sheetz - Cigarettes and cashiers
Multiple times i've been in the store buying cigarettes they've gave me the wrong cigarettes. When I asked for the cigarettes I ask for them slowly to try to prevent getting the wrong ones. I told the cashier that I needed 3 different kinds. I asked for 2 packs of marlboro red shorts. After she grabbed those then I asked for 2 packs of maverick menthol shorts. Once she grabbed those then I asked for 1 pack of l&m menthol shorts. She then wrung them up and put them in the bag. I paid and left. Once I got home and gove my mom hers. The maverick menthol were 100s not shorts. The problem is if the cashier gives the wrong cigarettes we can't return them. Its not right that the cashiers aren't paying attention to what they grab.
Desired outcome: The outcome that I want is for the Cashiers to listen better and double check tobacco products because that is something that smokers can not return. Thats not fair to us when we ask for the correct items.
