Sheetz review: Millersville PA store #544

I stopped at Sheetz today to quickly pick up food before my son’s lacrosse game. I placed my food order at 12:24pm. I asked about my order around 12:35, after watching several people who came in well after me get their food… including a friend of mine who was with me and got her food within 10 minutes. I was told nothing at first. I had to ask where order number 794 was, but no one answered me. Then another customer brought an order back stating he got the wrong order. I then watched 3-4 more people who ordered after me get their food. I asked again about my order at 12:42 at which time a female told me that it had only been 10 minutes, but I had my receipt and let them know I had been waitin almost 29 minutes and I had somewhere to be. Then a male told me condescendingly that’s if I knew someone who could come and work to send them. All the while not one person explained that they had made a mistake and gave someone else my order. Not one person apologized to me for that. I was at a point where I needed to go. I finally got my order at 12:45 and was told sarcastically to have a nice day by the same female who tried to tell me I hadn’t been waiting as long as I was. when I opened my order, it was wrong and we were late for my son’s pre-game.
