I visit Shaw's market regularly in Cranston RI and was there today to do some food shopping. I had to use the men's which I normally don't want to do because the rest room in this Shaw's is totally disgusting. Today I had to use it and when I when in there was urine all over the floor in the toilet stall and the toilet bowl was completely filled with toilet paper so much so it was hanging out of the bowl.
This is absolutely disgusting and a health hazard period. The manager of this store should be told to have someone check this rest hourly to insure the cleanliest of the place and to insure the place is CLEAN.
I'm so disgusted right now that I feel I will use another super market rather going back to the Cranston RI Shaw's market. IF I ever do go back there and have to use the rest room again, it better be clean, or I'm taking pictures of it this time and turning them over to the RI Board of Health.
Desired outcome: Inspect and clean ALL restrooms on an hourly basis.
