Hello,
Yesterday I was at your Store 117, Shelburne Rd., Burlington, VT. First off, I needed assistance in the produce area and after looking around for about 5 mins. to no avail, just replaced the item I had and went on with my shopping. When ready to check out, I joined a lengthy line at the ONE check-out that was open. I went to the Service Desk to find some help but there was a sign saying to seek assistance from the checker! Then I went to the checker and she said told me there was no one else to help with check-out. This was annoying, to say the least! I have had this happen several times at this store. I don't want to go to the store across the street but certainly will do so in the future if this continues.

Eventually, after standing in line another 5 mins., the Store Manager wandered up to help the customers check out and get on with their days.
