on 9/4.25 I called McAfee because I had trojans and other worms attacking my computer and I currently have an active subscription the girl I talked to gave me the number to call to have the problem cleared up she said it would cost $1.00 this WAS TO BE REFUNDED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT to clear upTHE PROBLEM up so I called the number and talked to a guy named Miguel Santos he said nothing about any other charges he fixed the computer and that was the end now I find I not only was I charged the $1.00 but now I am being charged $38.00 more neither have been refunded. as it is supposed to be reacurring

Claimed loss: $39.00 total

Desired outcome: i want my money refunded and cancel out any subscription's or further recurring charges
