On June 9, 2025, there are several POSD transactions meaning online purchaases for P900.00, P400.00. P1,300.00, and P4,475.52. these online purchases were not my transactions. I was abroad and I did not use my Debit card, it was inside my safety box. I went to don Antonio Branch to complain. P842.84 was recovered and I followed up on the remaining fraud transactions. It's been a month, Manager Tess Baltazar suggested that I called the merchant. I said, I don't have the authority based on privacy at. I told Mgr Baltazar, your security has fauled how can someone make an online purchase with unregistered phone. Your system failed to protect customer regarding online transaction. there was no email verification for P4,475.82 which was paid by Security. There are no safety and security on customers with Debot card. Your should immediately refund the amounts instead of trying to recover the funds. Your investigative team agreed on your failed system.
Claimed loss: P6,500.00 must be refunded
Desired outcome: The Don Antonio Branch Manager Tess Baltazar should apologize. The client like me will not call the merchant to investigate this fraud.

ATM online transaction has not protection. OTP was accepted with burned phone that is not even registered to my account. the amount should be refunded immediately; there are no security on your customer. Who will trust your bank? Our money is not safe.
