We are long time clients of security bank manila.. We had an unfortunate experience.! We applied for a loan it was about to receive the proceeds instead of the interest rates agreed upon. They increased the interest rates we terminated the application. Suddenly there were claiming we had a loan. We were shocked. Our loan was terminated however the security we initially. Moreover the amount of php5 million. We did not touch the money that was deposited to our account more importantly they were able to credit the amount and they cannot explain why. It is disturbing we initially thought it was for the damages. They are insisting it's the loan. Rhea boncac got the letter termination without reason. How will they justify the title. They gave us the run ayoundvand the issues remain unresolved after writing the ceo to return the titale they are holding. They are supposed to be above reproach. They didn't explain why the money was in our account. Thus we are requesting a full investigation. Why are they insisting there is a loan the only logical reason is that it's for damages. This we need your assistance what they did to us if unacceptable and I believe they should answer for it.. We need to determine what made them do that. Please intervene. We stand to lose our property and you are our last hope. Please conduct a complete investigation. You are our only hope. It seems that they don't care that it is in violation of the code of conduct. This has been ongoing for six months...

      I did not make an agreement that i allow home credit to auto debit my payment on mu security bank account. How could i fix this. Should i go the the nearest bank or call you at the morning.
