Cannot log on; AI parrots an incorrect email address; texts are sent to a land line although I have repeatedly changed the number and hit SAVE. That there is no HUMAN available to resolve this problem; this is fraud: company claims it provides customer service 24/7 and they are not providing any.
When the repair guy shows up (after I have waited an entire day) he usually fixes the problem just fine
