Came to house on 1/5/2026 to fix microwave.1/12/2026 was date to replace parts, never showed up. Rescheduled for 1/19/2026- when technician showed up wrong parts had ordered so he was suppose to order correct parts. Parts were never ordered so was suppose to show up today-2/4/26.
Went ahead and ordered correct parts on my own.Sears order #000708413279383
Claimed loss: Have lost 4 days of work so far- over 1500 dollars
