I was scheduled for a repairman today Tues 14 July 2026. I was to receive a text of approximate time AM or PM, between 8am to 5pm. Staying home a full 9 hours was done with done inconveniences. My husband helped adjusting the area where the washer & gas dryer
I need to Reschedule.
Make my appointment first one in the AM ASAP.
YOU HAVE MY PHONE #
Call or text. Communicate in real time.

I can't use the washer until the dryer is running also ,
No texts or word all day if repairman will
Show up or not. I already paid the up front fee of $100.00 by credit card--- you have this money . I looked online about rescheduling and fee Sears is asking is &129.00
Someone explain why no communication is happening The original call for this repair --- no real person to book service call
