I have called 7 times over the last 8 days. Seven different phone numbers and I always end up with a AI person and it tells me they have a systems issue and I should call back at a latter date. During one call the AI person stated Someone would call be back, but no one ever did. The AI person once directed me to the Sears web site for additional help. I did and the web site tells me I must call one of the numbers I already called. My defective HVAC system is driving up my electric bill. It went from $336 to $465 in one month. I am 85 yr old widower and I need help from Sears.
