I just had a service call on my Horpoint oven from Sears Home Services.
Technician was very good. Service Call was completed in less that 1 hour. Service Tech was done is less than 1 hour. Part cost was billed at ~$250.00, Labor was ~320.00 with diagnostic fee of $135 waived.
When I went online the markup for the part was greater than 250%! The labor fee with the $135 waived was $185 for less than an hour of actual work! This is highway robbery!

Desired outcome: Adjust the price!
