Technician received my claim from my Home Warranty and when Jason A the technician came out, he said he couldn't work on my unit it was against Sears contract, so he left. Then my home warranty denied my claim stating they do not cover the problem, which I never knew what the problem was. This man lied and said he went in my attic and claim he took pics of my unit. He never went upstairs he did absolutely nothing. Jason A is a liar and a cheat
