Our refrigerator has been non-operational since April. Techs came three times and installed new parts to no avail. Parts ordered after last visit arrived June 24th and all appointments for installation have been cancelled with next appointment scheduled for August 13th. I have been unable to contact anyone at several numbers to have this resolved. My coverage summary states that if the appliance cannot be fixed, it will be replaced. If I can't get installation of these parts, I'll not know if it can or can't be repaired. I want a repair or replacement as soon as possible. It has been a huge inconvenience.
