Bought this sofa along with 2 chairs on 25/10/24, when it was delivered 14/02 25 a velcro fastener was missing, the delivery people fixed it,3 times I have had the repair people out for problems with the fabric on the sofa, recently the sofa seats started to sink, I contacted scs via email sent pictures of the sofa, which was still under warranty, but the reply I received back, said the problem was caused because I had not followed the instructions in the care guide. I phone customer care and was told to take legal advice, I said it was still under warranty, but scs were no help at all
