Babcock International Group Living room sectional 7 pcs with recliners as part of

Purchased 3/12/2021. Within months the seat and back cushions were already sagging. It is constructed with foam, springs and pocket coils in the seats. Even when rising the seats shows compression. Babcock came out and added a firm foam to the seats and more cotton to the backs. This has not worked on the seats as they are starting to show permanent compression again. Pocket coils are also supposed to be the best at eliminating this from happening on a sofa less than a year old. Now a frame between 2 sections is creaking indicating a problem with the wood frame. I weight 155 lbs. so that is far from excessive weight. This first time Babcock tried to state this is normal wear and tear. I have owned sofas over 50 years and never had this happen this soon. This was made in China, and I feel that both the springs and pocket coils are made with a cheaper not as strong metal which causes them to not fully rebound. Even the stiffer foam has not eliminated this problem. The sectional pieces are not even a matching level.

Desired outcome: Replacement or Refund.

Babcock International Group electric recliner

I purchased a electric recliner in july 2018 from "babcock furniture" in boiling springs, s.C. I have made only 3 payments and it's not working. I called the store and asked them if I could exchange the chair for one that is not "electric"? And I was told no that I had to get the same chair. I really fell like I should be allowed to return the chair and get another of my choosing? I will never buy anything from this store or any babcock store again. I plan to contact consumer affairs, and better business bureau, also my local news who do a consumer spot on their show. They will be at the store with camera's rolling. The owner of the store was very condescending. I told him that I would not want another electric chair due to the fact of it tearing up too, and because of that reason, I would like to get a manual one. He then said to me " I should not be afraid to get an electric one, and asked me if I got to the store on a bicycle or a horse drawn wagon? What a arrogant individual. I simply want a manual chair I feel like it's not asking too much. Also, I believe the chair I was sold was a defective chair from the discounted room in the back of the store. When it was delivered it had no tags on it and was very dusty.

Babcock International Group twin bed

This is my third time reaching out to them about my boys bed breaking. The wood isn't even real wood that should be sturdy and durable. The wood is particle wood! The bed frame has broken I half just from sitting down on the bed. I called customer service last week and the rep Brianna said I would here some back in 24 to 48 hrs. It has now been a week and a half and no one has reached back out to me. I will NEVER purchase from them again. I do not believe that their furniture quality I think it is cheap and overly priced.

Babcock International Group Living room suit/ loveseat

The left side sits about inch off floor and right side is on floor. Gap between left side to center console and right side rubs center console. Left back cushion is sitting lopsided compared to the right. I've only had this living room suit for about two weeks. Please help fix problems or give new unit. Babcock International Group mattress

I bought a mattress from babcock furniture in Sanford, NC and after a year it starting sinking I called them to replace it and they sent someone out to look at it and said there was a stain in and I had to clean it. Okay fine, whatever, never heard of that if you have a warranty. So I did not clean it fast enough for them and they told me I can't replace the mattress under my warranty because I never cleaned the water stains? first of all I always had to call them, they never explained anything to me properly and all they could say was call 1-800-babcock know darn well they were not going to do anything as well. So basically I'm out of a bed and my hard earned money. After I pay this mess off they can forgot about me ever buying anything from them. I will report this matter to the better business bearu!

Babcock International Group Don't trust this company!

I responded to a job offer were I was to take a Western union check and keep part of it and send the rest to another country. Money order was returned and deducted from my checking account. It is my mistake for trusting Babcock International.
