The settee was delivered to my propery 8th May 2026.Unfortunately the item did not meet my expectations.The recliner settee needs to be charged wheras i wanted a manual recliner.I was not made aware of this when purchasing it.Isuffer from Mental Health and when i complained about the settee the lady on the phone advised me to buy accessories from Amazon which would cost me a further £50.00 and put the wiring under my newly fitted carpet which is unbelievable.She told me i had signed for the settee and nothing further could be done.I would like a refund or a replacement product of the same model or similar.SCS Cortonwood Barnsley South Yorkshire
