On the 9th December 2025 my sofa was delivered and straight away the delivery guys noticed there was a problem.
They had got 2 parts of 2 different sofas that do not fit together which is clear to see in the phot attached,
10 days later SCS we are no nearer receiving the right sofa as the Aftersales team have logged the case as closed as they state the correct sofa has been delivered.
So much for a sofa before Christmas!
Desired outcome: Delivery of the correct sofa and compensation for the delay in addressing the problem and arranging the correct sofa
