State Bank of India [SBI] mis usage of my credit card by sbi itself!

Last year i got health insurance through sbi credit card, this year without my permission SBI has taken 4500 for royal sundaram health insurance. I don't know whether SBI is helping the public or royal sundaram and other companies. This is total misuse of my card and I am intended to file a case against them in court regarding this.

It seems SBI CARD and ROYAL SUNDARAM together are cheating lot of customers. I am also a victim. They charged the amount to my credit card without asking me and when I ASKED TO CANCEL, they asked me to pay 10%. Its just rediculous, Hope our so called authorities will rise and take note of this.

I know there are lot of customers out there facing this problem. Guys wake up and leave your comments, it will help someone not to fall into this trap.

I was received a credit card from SBI in the month of January-Feb-2007.That time, i was never say to SBI people to issued a royal sundram health policy to me, But they issued me the same.

Now they continuously charged the amount to me, and also blocked my card.

State Bank of India [SBI] no money refund received!

I had booked a railway ticket through sbi card, unfortunately the train got canceled due to rain, and refund of the same not received by card company as they say. To resolving disputes i call a company so many times, but all fail, ultimately i paid the disputed amount as they demand. Then also the company asking for charges for insurance, late payment interest and penalty for the same. This is my good luck, company is asking for going to court after the 2 years with the amount of round about of rs. 8500/- otherwise it could be in lakhs after some years.

I have to say that I have a SBI CARD bearing no.[protected].In July, 2006 I had taken a loan of Rs.22, 000/ (Twenty two Thousand) for a period of 12 month’s and I have paid more than the 12 EMI’s of loan amount with interest and service charges.
Now the SBI CARD has send me letter that I have to pay more amount (i.e.Rs.5,451)to clear the loan account. In these 12 months from August 2006 to July 2007, they have charged me many times the late payment fee and cheque pick-up fees. Whenever I talked to customer care about this they had told me that these charges will be reversed in next statement and cheque pick-up fee will not be applicable but never did it. When I called to them the other executives told me that I have never talked to customer care regarding these complains and nobody had promised me for reversal. Now I want to know that whether the interaction of customer with customer care has been recorded or not, since I have not any proof of the verbal instructions of Customer Care executives.
I made payment to SBI CARDS through cheque Of Rs.2,054/(Cheque No.377157) issued by ICICI BANK (MARGAO,GOA) and cheque was clear by SBI CARDS dated 19th September,2006.But SBI CARDS saying we have not recieved any cheque and adding late fine day by day Since September,2006.
Even after hundreds of calls, They are not sending me sufficient answer .
Therefore, I request you to please enquire about the case throughly and do justice to me, since all these problems are created by customer care executives and cheque pick-up persons of SBI CARD. Please, do the needful and inform me about the settlement or e-mail as early as possible. I have given my personal detail.

State Bank of India [SBI] abusive language by customer service representative

I am using S BI credit card. Before I go to cancel my S BI card and take any further action and complaint to higher authorities I would like to bring to your notice that S BI have some real bad abusive customer service representatives.

I received a call from one of your agents named Sudhanshu Gupta or Sharma (exactly don't remember the sir name) from Delhi - Phone number 011- [protected] and he started some very bad and abusive language in Hindi. The call I received was on 10th April, 2007 at 2.48 PM.

State Bank of India [SBI] not re-issuing primary card

I am having a sbi card (visa) no.[protected], with an add on card. due to spelling mistake in my 3rd name (instead of ghosh it was ghos) I stopped using that card some times in sept. or oct.-2006, after informing the appropriate authority and requested them repeatedly over telephone and e-mail to re-issue me the same after rectifying the spelling mistake.

I was also ensured by return mail that the card was being reissued me soon. but till today the same has not been reissued to me. however, the card authority did not forget to charge me the annual fee of the card, although it was declared by them while issuing the card that no annual fee would be levied on this card since I am an employee of a govt. under taking i. e. m/s central coalfields ltd, ranchi. till date I am managing my card activities using my 'add on card' and had never been defaulter' in paying my dues.

I have SBI card [protected],which expired on 10/07,Because of Job transfor Now Iam at patni.
I up dated my address in SBI site and I informed SBI customer care.Every month my due date is 5th I am dropping check on 1st,eventhough it is comming to my account on after 12th.

From 10/07 onwards Iam not using my card but SBI puuting charges like

Finance charges: 1,708.29
Finance Changes:510.31
Protect plus CR sheied:72.55
Protect plus Insurance PA PR-6 lac 26.00
Insurance admin charges:22.47

Total comes 2,340.59
and till now Iam recied any primary card which is updated.

I have a SBI VISA Card . To Check online bill transaction on website sbicard.com i am unable to create user-id, because of the option is given for creating user-id one can not enter his card number in required place.

State Bank of India [SBI] getting anonymous calls from sbi collections department!

I am holding SBI credit card for more than a year. For the past 3 months I am getting calls from your collections department frequently at least 7 times a day. They are calling me and they are abusing me badly. I haven’t gone through such a kind of service in my life anywhere in this world. I pay my bills regularly more than my minimum amount balance. I don’t know why the heck they are calling me. They are making fun of me and it really drives me crazy.

I asked them to connect to their supervisor on the floor and they are saying we are the supervisor and you should talk to me only. I am sharing FEW words which they used for abusing me. You talk like a Dog. Priya can you come with me for free? I called up your customer service and filed a complaint against these people. Nothing changed yet. Four girls and three boys are calling by saying that they are the supervisors. They never used to give their real names. Every time they change the names like Stella, Naren, Nakeeran etc.

Now I have decided to surrender this damn credit card. I will never come back to SBI for any services. SBI recruits people with no customer service skills. Don’t think losing one customer will not bring down your profit. I am posting this in the internet discussion forums also. Let others not be a prey for SBI. Trust me your people have ruined me to the extreme end in my life. I will never suggest anyone of my friends, relatives and my family members to have SBI bank account / credit card.

I am very happy to surrender my card and I will never take this card anymore in my life. If you are not the right person, please forward this to the concerned department for action. I don’t even care if you delete this mail. Anyways I am posting it in the internet forum so that the whole world will know it.

Goodbye SBI Card and your pathetic service.

I have received so many call from Chennai as i am busy whole day in these days as overwork. I am ready to pay my bills whatever it is but still Agencies are calling me. Whatever the amount i have to pay i will confirm with Bank after i will pay.

Hi All ,
I have more bad words about SBI cards .I talked with them for the sake of humanity (rarely i used to harass any tele-callers ), thta's what i spoke them and they send 24,000 at my reception.
after 20 days i send the same amt., but buggers asked me for some late fee (i dnt know why ?). Then i asked them to cancel my SBI credit card.After cancellation i am keep getting SMS and as i change my flat so i dnt have any idea about print statement.
i spoke to customer people and supervisor , but none is interested to settle down the issue.Till date i have to pay 3211 Rs.
Is it possible to simply through this much amount just because of u accept that 24000 Rs (they throw this draft at my reception, i never asked for it , just i listen one person's word as earlier i never used to dishurt these tele -callers , was calling from chennai).

If some one is interested then can mail me , as we have to fight with them to teach lesson within law .

They never send the monthly statement and either harass over phone or suddenly send an agency to collect the cheque. I think there is understanding between SBI Bank and the agencies to make money. Agencies make money by unnecessary courier service (they charge rs. 50 for this) and sbi bank makes money by charging interest for late payment. This is a day light looting by them.

WE ALL NEED TO LOOK FOR A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE BANK.

Hello All,

I am here to share a very pathetic experience I had with SBI Credit Card. I have a SBI Gold Card. I am having problems since the day I have got this card.

First of all I never receive the statements on time. I have called 10 time (exactly) to the customer care dept. to give them my correct email address, and to have my statements on time in mail. Every time they take down my email address and till date ie: after 10 calls and 6 months, I still receive paper statements and that too after the due date is over.

Immediately I start getting calls from the so called Recovery Dept. They are extremely rude and abusive.
I would say being rude would be acceptable when it comes to the SBI people calling. They are ABUSIVE in such a way that they normal educated people can't even think about it.

I HEREBY CAUTION OTHER PEOPLE WHO ARE READING THIS.

Please, and please never ever think about going for an SBI Card.

I am going through a horrible time, even after making payments on time (ie: as soon as I receive my statements). Half of my productive time goes in making the IDIOTS sitting taking calls in the customer centre what my problem is. Every time they say I will help you in a very cold manner. But still the same things are continuing.

IF ANY LAWYER IS READING THIS, PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT ACTIONS CAN BE TAKEN. I AM READY TO GO OUT OF MY WAY TO TEACH SBI A LESSON. I AM READY TO SPEND MONEY BEHIND THE CASE, BUT ATLEAST I WILL MAKE SURE OTHERS ARE SPARED OF THIS HORRIBLE TREATMENT METTED OUT TO ME.

I understand how humiliating is this they should be fired if they are working with SBI and the best possible punishment should be given to them so at least they will have the time of life and make others think too before doing any cheap kinda stuff like this.

State Bank of India [SBI] customer service sucks!

OnlineSBI.com/gls is a nightmare. Do not send money to India through this website. I was using this website for some time. Initially some of the transactions took longer time to get through. But all of a sudden I was not able to log on to the website. I have lost Rs. 37000.

I have sent them numerous emails and they never responded to a single one. I also tried contacting the manager from the list of contact numbers they provided on the website, they never pick up the phone. Finally I was able to get through the chief manager, but he said 10.00 am IST was too early for him to attend the call. I got an email from their team the same day stating that the address was incorrect. I once again sent them the address and the money has still not reached the receivers account. Its been almost two months that I am dealing with these guys. Still trying to get them on phone, waking up in the middle of the night so that it would mid afternoon for these guys. Their customer support sucks. The money had to reach the recipient for an important purpose. Hoping that I would get my money back some day.

Dear sir, i have a saving account in your s.b.i. bank a/c. no-[protected], branch- new colony, gurgaon (HARYANA), pin code-122001. i facing a prob. with pervices tranjucation.i used my atm card 03-10-2008 & recived 10000 rs/ when i have arround only 7000 rs left .but after 1 month, 10 days your bank cut my 20000 rs/. when i ask your bank employ they said you used your atm card samthing problem with atm machine many places & you used your atm 3 time, frist two time money didnt come third time u recived 10000 rs/ thats why we cut ur 20000 rs/.this is not a logic if something wrong with your system why custmer is trouble. 1: when problem with your atm machine why custmer in trouble. 2: after the last tranjucation when i have only around 7000 rs/. so why atm machine allow the 20000 rs/ tranjucation. 3: this incident 03-10-2008, afterthat i reach my nearst sbi bank for pass book entry than i found here is mistake 20000 rs/. if this prob is my side why sbi bank no information given to me. 4: after 1 month, 10 days is 13-11-2008.when i found this mistake & your bank people saying ush time bahoot sari atm machine kharab thi bahut logo ke paise aise hi kat gaye tumare bhi paise aise hi cut gaye. 99% paise nahi milenge 1% hum koshish karange.what is this nonsence . plz help me . i have only your email i.d. thats why i give u a mail .if u have your senior / related person id plz give me. i hope you can do somthing for me.atherwise i go with media(news), police or consumer cort. thankyou your bank account holder MANOJ KUMAR YADAV00971503452165 united arab emirates

I strongly agreed with above complaints. Recently I sent money from USA through SBI global link service. Within 5 days, I have received the receipt from the Remit service, the amount has been credited but still now (now one month) the money is not creited to the beneficiary. I sent so mails to this service but they reply with the same answer again and again like a parrot. Really they do not know the these people have minimum responsibility and courtesy for what the customers are going through. At the end I called Branch office at Mumai, and he asked me to the check the credit amount in the Beneficiary bank (everyday the beneficiary is checking, even the local branch manger annoyed with beneficiary). I did so and with all details the SBI branch manger called at mumbai regarding this transaction, there was no proper response. Now I am very much tired of sending the mails and contact for this transaction. I feel something is going on in the transaction of Remit amount from NRI and its going to be BIG SCAM under SBI GLOBAL LINK SERVICE. I would strongly recommend, please donot send the money through this service.

For all those who are not able to track their NEFT transfers via SBI, here is what I found on RBIs website. Maybe those folks can try contacting RBI. If this is fruitful, maybe they can share their experiance.

Q.13. Whom I can contact, in case of non-credit or delay in credit to the beneficiary account?

& when i reached the bank the bank manager is not ready to listning my complaint, any person my make a signature and debited my 20, 000 rs . What can i do for that.pls guide me what should i have done regarding this matter.this branch branch is in Bihar state & distt. Gaya in pathkati branch pls do something regarding this matter.

i think system is meant for service, , sometime technical fault make prob ..if yes, , than hard to overcome as it is a huge pool of flow be careful n attentive

Hi friends,

I have transferred huge amount to my brother in india but sbi dint credit any amount

instead they gave a UTR number on the gls site.

soon my brother contacted the bank but they responded that there isnt any NEFT acceptence /rejection
from RBI processed by sbi.

this means SBI left me with UTR and nothing more..

where are the funds gone..damn SBI nobody cares no funds credited whom should we complain

or where to check the UTR process

Friends,

I have transfered 80000 through SBI Global one month back for an urgent need to my cousin. They not reached and I cant track them. When I email SBI GLS, they simply say they have transfered the funds and ask me to contact beneficiary branch provided a UTR reference number. When my cousin contact the branch, those people say they have not received any funds to their branch. Now this SBI guy, fo all my emails I send, he gives the same reply again and again like a parrot. Don't these people have minimum responsibility and courtesy for what the customers are going through. If bank like SBI do like this whome we have to trust and believe. I don't know what i have to do now and just praying for my funds. Be aware with SBI Global. It sucks.

SBI online is a cheater, we have to topple down this SBI bank. There are lots of cheater in this organisation. They will cheat you from the rate to the final distination.
They will say, the account number is incorrect though it is correct, jus to keep the money for interest. They have kept money almost 3 months. will not answer your e-mail or phone call.

Bunch of cheaters working in this organization. I wonder, Iwhy ndian Govt. is not taking any actions. If would be their manager I will fired all the staff members and fresh start, with honest banking, and most important customer trust back to the organization.

State Bank of India [SBI] wrong deduction of service bills

I do not know how to interact with SBI Cards Team. I own a Via Gold Card from them for the last 12 months. Three weeks back, I got a call from another SBI card holder inquiring about my card and bill pay services availed by me. Initially, I was surprised as he had called me on my mobile and had my landline number with him. He explained that SBI card has been deducting his card account with my landline telephone bills (Chennai Telephones) for past five months and finally they gave him my contact details. He asked me to be cautious on this. After a week from this call, I noticed that my card has also been deducted with two telephone bill payments of Dec and Jan on 22nd Feb. I launched a formal complaint and followed up with them. Sent mails to their complaint mail ID and escalation mail id too. Adding insult to injury, they debited one more bill pertaining to November month couple of days back. All their contact channels are inefficient and arrogant at times. Also, many of their call center team members are not aware of any standard turn around time and they told me periods varying from 4 days to 40 days.

Supervisors are also helpless as they also do not get any response.

I took sbi card. In the statement their showing 4000 + amount and I have made only 1050.- purchase.

They are showing some insurance money which was not confirmed with me.

They are always interested in EMI and not complete payment receipt. Where is the solution?

Three months back daily I use to get call from SBI credit card for free offer and they literary use to hearse me and one fine day I agree to give my all documents, so I called the SBI person to collect my all documents after that I don't know what is the status of my application, so tracked to the SBI credit card toll free number "[protected]" I spoke for 25 minutes with 5to6 persons on the phone and every one was transferring the call and no body knows what to answer, They are answering that they don't know about my application and my documents and didn't given me the call complaint number or record number. I worry my documents should not used some where else where i will come in problem. I learn one thing that we should give our documents to any of these banks who dont have answer for their fault.

The SBI Credit Card was surrendered in March'2006 after receiving settlement and payment of all dues to SBI Card. Even after lapse of more than one and half year, Bill dated 19.06.2007 has been raised by SBI Card. Previously also bills were raised against the above subject card after its' surrender. The SBI Card is harassing the clients and it is genuinely felt that the company has lost all moral ethical values. The RBI should take note of the irregularities and levy appropriate penalty upon SBI Card for misdemeanor.

I am Tataji, residing at Plot No. 89/A, New hema Nagar, Near Chiluka nagar, Boduppal mondal, Hyderabad. 500 039. No letter is delivered from the postal office. Recently one letter of Speed post vide an Awb Number ED [protected] In is dispatched on 31 Jan. 2007 . from the State Bank of India. That is not yet received. I thought that they are not delivered any letters to the destinations apart from that if it is necessary for documentation they may simply return with indicating as "Door Lock" also they are available. Once think and resolve the problems.

Now a days it is very easy to deliver to the posts if the person is not available on the address also, with using a mobile the concerned person will collect from the post office . But they are not at all service mind. Compare the your services with corporate services, if anybody is committed such mistakes, they can take actions on their career. So no one ready to commit dupe. But still people are suffering from the government services, because such concept is not changed. If possible sent the notice to the Boduppal post office for delivery of the normal letters and speed post letters to the customers.

I have a state bank of India credit card. Without any prior intimation above company had stop functioning of credit card. I have complaint to helpline many-times, but no any response received from their-side. I have suffered from mental harassment.

SBI credit card division is the worst, harassing the people like anything.
I have applied for SBI credit card and got it.
As a new credit card member to the bank..SBI has offered me giving 32, 000Rs/- DD free of interest for 3 months, and
nominal fee 300Rs- to be paid on receiving the amount. As promised by SBI, they have sent DD to my office address.
I couldnt receive the DD due to my office dispatch departmenet misplaced the DD.
I didnt encash the 32, 000Rs/- in my bank account. I was not aware that they were sending credit card statements to office address.
Eventhough I received the credit card I didnt use the card.
After few months I got a mobile message from SBI asking me to pay 52, 000Rs/- .
Since they were keep on adding the interest on non credited 32, 000Rs- in my account.
Immediately I complained to customer care and told them to revert back the fees whatever they charged.
Customer care said its their mistake of charging the customer and said they will revert the charges.
Due to personal reasons I applied for personal loan in private bank and came to know that my name has been entered
in CIBIL by credit card department(SBI), so bank declined my personal loan request.
They suggested me to remove my entry from CIBIL as early as possible.
Then I approached SBI credit card customer care and requested send me no due certificate and removal of my name
from CIBIL.
Two months later (after so much struggle, calling once in two days to customer care) I received No due certificate from SBI AVP customer care.
Customer care is not updating the CIBIL database, since removal of my entry is not their scope.
I am fedup with the delay in process..almost I lost 3 months in followup of removal of my name from CIBIL.
Could you please suggest me how can I deal this(removal of my name from CIBIL).
Can I put complain in consumer court?

My self Jaywant phule, has taken credit card of SBI bank before 10months. My credit card no. is [protected].
In earlear days I got statements on time. But now days I am not getting credit card statement on time. So I did not know the due amount on my card. I have given two checks to your exicutaive of Pune (Maharastra) branch. But still the amount of checks has not been debited from my account.
So please let me know, what is due amount of my credit card account for month July08?
What is status of checks?(Check no. 345880 & 34581)

To take a SBI India's credit card is equall to commit suicide.I have suffered a lot ,both mentally and economically,I had a credit limit of 26 thousand -30thousand Rs where as i am still paying more than 60 thousand Rs,as added finance and late charges.I have informed them reapeatedly that iI will not be in the the country for couple of montlhs,so charge me only the late payment fee,but each time i return back to country i find a huge amounted Statement.

Moreover the executives who calls for the payment inquiry are extremely illmannered,the uses such humiliating sentences,that it gives major mental disturbance.Sometimes I feel to sui this guys,but again we are all human,mistake happens.It is shameful ,SBI bank as a whole is such an appriciative organisation but the credit card department is a total failure,and helps to give a bad name tothe organisation.

But one thing is clear that ,I will suggest no one should accept this card.

SBI is the worst in credit card section. I very much agree that the people they hire are more like goons than civilize people. They purposely will wait till the due date has passed and put all the penalty and late fees etc.

SBI is nothing more than a fraud in guise of a nationalized bank. It is correctly said that you will never get a proper response from their so called customer care office. The people out there can barely speak, let alone be polite to anyone.

They call up at all hours just because it is a nationalized bank.
This should stop. Their harassment is way overboard.

I fully agree with the statement mentioned here with those two gentlemen. Never believe SBI is trust worthy and all. It no longer SBI it is fully controlled by GE. Their safest asylum is SBI name. GE could not achieve much in their own brand name, They started entering in to credit payment collection through their ruf and tuf methods.

I am also one of the victim in this. I have been asked to settle my account as final settlement (Rs 60,000) and provided a settlement letter with four EMI's (Rs 15 each). Accordingly I was paying the amount. The third checks was intentionally presented to the bank and it got bounced. In the men time i was also sick due to various medical reasons. Because of that they (SBI-GOONDAS) says and threatening me with lot telephonic calls and abusing me as if robbed money from them. I told them see the records which i maintained with SBI. But still SBI hired GE people behaving harsh to their customers. This rowdyism should be stopped and I ask people not ot go for any credit cards. GETTING CREDIT CARDS IS EASIER AND GET RID OF THAT IS VERY VERY TOUGH. I have already approached a legal opinion and consumer regresses in this regard. Just because of Rs 15,000 checks bounce they want me to pay the rest of Rs 60,000 once more in the name of null or void of agreement break. I agree if they come forward for simple interest towards that. but they adamantly refusing to go for nay negotiations. Having received full settlement papers in hand, SBI tricky work makes me more expressed and I am not able to come out with their hard clutch.

I fully agree with the complaint that SBI credit card collection people are thugs of the highest order and do not know how to talk. SBI overcharged me long back. After literally hundreds of trials I could get the customer help line. They agreed to waive but never did it. Second time also the dues were not written off. Then I sent the mail requesting them to withdraw my credit card which they acknowledged but never cancelled. The over due charges are still being shown. I am agreeing to pay the exact purchase amount which is only about RS 1100 in return of the settlement letter so that once for all the issue is closed. Initially they agreed to send the settlement letter but now gone back on it. The collection guy is now threatening that he will send four Gundas to my house and forcibly collect money from my wife when I am not in the house. The whole thing is disgusting.

The problem with sbi credit cards is that they have partnered with those thieves from ge, which is an American company of robbers/thieves. Their sole purpose of operation in india is too harass indians. And the people(sadly, they are indians) who work for them are illiterates and ex thugs picked from the streets. They would not only harass their customers, they are also rude, arrogant and would not hesitate from threatening someone. My mother's state bank of india's credit card statement arrives after the due date has passed. Then some wise guy/girl from their customer service calls and starts talking as if my mother has robbed them of. What my mother does now is that she deposits a cheque two weeks in advance(from her due date) but those evil credit card providers would still like to harass her and the money is taken after another two weeks have passed. Until a few days ago we were able to check her statement on their website sbicard.com and now that stupid website does not open(it shows some internal error on the page). Those xenophobic Americans take pride in being hundreds of years ahead from us when it comes to technology but alas they always have some problem with their website whereas indian banks' websites never ever have any serious problems. They should not only be reported to the rbi, they should also be dragged to several courts(as many as possible) for criminal intimidation. Ge should be kicked out of our country along with some of their American counterparts. And they really define what american white trash means. I hope that some employee of ge have had some basic education so that he/she can read this and tell about it to his/her bosses.

State Bank of India [SBI] very harsh and unhelpful customer service!

The customer service has been very harsh and has not been helpful. They are rude and often end up giving wrong information to the clients. For eg. I dropped a cheque in one of their ATM in Bangalore and the amount was not deducted from the statement. When I checked with the customer service they told me that they don't pick up the cheques from the ATM. Immediately I issued a fresh cheque and made the payment but my previous cheque which the bank promised me that wont be picked up was also used. And when I call the bank they say that they cant help it. There were several other incidents like this.

I received sbi credit card but soon after the receipt i am receiving phone calls from sbi credit regarding the outstanding payment towards me. On my query the calling official informed me that the amount is against the payment of the draft of Rs.20000.00 send by sbi credits to me, I was surprised on the query because I never received any draft of such amount, so when I told the fact to the officials every time they called me thy always informed me to register the complaint to the helpline number. Even after my complaint and the intimation from the helpline number that my complaint has been forwarded to the concerned cell I again received the bill by post for the payment of the outstanding against the draft amount which I never received. Now I am frustrated and I am unable to understand that how sbi credits can ask anyone for such fake payments.

I am a SBI Credit Card customer & have been paying regularly too but since last more than 1 year's period I haven't received my card bill & no body from SBI was bothered to send me the bill or called me to check wether I have received the bill or not.

Suddenly after such a long period of time one person who told his name is Rajesh Ranga & he is a lawywer, called at my residence land line no. in the starting of this month, saying that I have a big amount of Rs.26000.00 overdue against SBI Card & if I dont pay that amount at once then he is going to get a non bailable warrant against me.

At this I asked him to provide me either statement of charges or invoice so that I can know the break up of the amount he is asking me to deposit. I also gave him my mobile no. for all further communications as I am out of home most of the time.

After half an hour he again called me on my mobile & told me that he is going to get me a special discount & now I have to pay Rs 18000.00 but I need to pay it at once only & he again didn't provide the statement.

I again asked him that pls provide me the statement & then only I can pay the o/s amount.

At this these people started calling me at my mobile no. as well as on my residence land line no. in every 1 or 2 minutes for several days & also abused every one who picks up the phone at my home.

Today due to this harassment & mental pressure to every body at home I have paid them Rs.18000.00 without still having the statement of charges levied, they only sent me a letter stating the amount due.

I would request you to pls put this matter forward & get me the justice.

I was issued a primary SBI card No.4317575164081318with expiry date 11/2006 I have not signed on the card and it was never used by me. Another card No.[protected] was issued to me without my request and without using the card I returned it in pieces on 17/10/2007 by registered post (Receipt no. RLA 2394 Karakulam 695564). Hence I am not liable to pay any amount to SBI.

Several demand notices were sent to me Finally they said the matter could be settled if I pay Rs 300/ They sent a person to my house and I paid Rs 300/ (receipt No 9704658). They have not settled the matter yet and in the latest notice they have demanded a sum of Rs 14000/. Several threatening calls are also coming from Chennai. I request you to direct the SBI authorities to settle the matter based on Rs 300/ which I remitted as per their earlier demand.

I am a BP patient with high cholesterol The frequent calls and filthy words in Malayalam over the phone by the SBI personnel from the number [protected] caused me great mental stress and strain. So I request you to direct the SBI authorities to give me a compensation of Rs 25000/.

I am holding a Credit Card with a limit of Rs 118000 for more than a year than one fine day I recieved a call from one of SBI executive who proposed thatI have been selected for the upgradation of my gold card to Platinum card & as one of the benefits he told that my credit limit will be enhanced by 40 % for which I need to give acall to customer care & then n there my limit will be enhanced because of which I gave my acceptance for the offer over the phone. This entire conversation was recorded for future references (as claimed by the executive).

But when I called the customer care after recieving the platinum card they told me that my limit can not be enhanced & according to the executive Rs 118000 is my enhanced limit enjoyed by me.

State Bank of India [SBI] disclosure of my contact details

I got a call from call centre/Bank to get the facility of state bank credit card. I agreed to use credit card of state bank , so told them to send their person to collect my documents from home. The very next day one person came to me and collected the documents. Next day in the evening state bank credit card verified the document. After that i am getting so many calls from other banks that to use their credit card because they have my contact and document also which i had given for the "STATE BANK CREDIT CARD". When i asked them from where they got my contact details"THEY ARE SAYING FROM STATEBANK CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT. When i contacted to sbi creditcard department verification department, "THEY DONT SAYING ANY THING AND SIMPLY CUTS MY CALL" . I have also given complaints to sbi credit card complaint centre but not getting reply. "THIS IS MY SUGGESTION TO ALL - NEVER GO FOR SBI CREDIT CARD.

My father retired from Indian Railways as a Chief controler from Maligaon (MLG) office of N.F. Railways. He got his pension transferred to the SBI - Dankuni ( West Bengal ) Branch as he bought one Flat in Dankun by spending almost all the amount in his final financial settlement.

According to the 6th Pay commision declaration, his pension got increased by around Rs 2700 per month and he was due with an arrear payment of more than 60, 000 in two installments in two sequel years by 40%and 60% ( according to the declaration).

All the ex colleagues of my faher got the due amount 6-7 months back only who were there in towns like Guwahati or Kolkata but my father is still awaiting for his dues. He is still drawig the pension on same old pension value. He has lodged several compnaints to the local SBI branch and then went to lodge another complain in their (SBI) special pension cell.

As everybody else was given the due amount already he was very upset of the process and has been continously fllowing it up with different personals of SBI. The manager of the branch kept him ( 67 years old diabetic) for long hours in waiting for several days. Then he told him that he has sent his complain to the pension cell and wil get back to him. It's already 10 + months that he is waiting for the same now also. He is waiting for his money. Yes.. his money that is now with the bank ( govt.) and they are not releasing it.

I am his son, I live in Bangalore and I am also helpless in this now as I cann't pay much days visiting Dankuni and following it up in person with the Bank personels. I have lodged complains for him to the GM - customer care -SBI. He replied to it and ask the KOLKATA SBI Head office to take action on this. But Once it entires the Kolkata look it vanishes.

I have now lodged a complain in the govt pensioner website.

Nobody is coming up wih any answers. This is how the work culture there in SBI. My father is now searching for some of his old colleagues who are into pensioner association to help him out. But, his frineds are now inhabiting in Assam mostly where he lived through out his work tennure.

If anybody from SBI come to visit this page, please help my father. He is getting restless day by day due to this and this is because of some lazy and irresponsible employees of SBI.

In corporate world, we don't believe on personal responsibilities now, we believe in process, to monitor it properly, check the health of the processes regularly and making proactive and reactive actions and corrections.

I think SBI lacks all or may have no time to think on this things as you people are very busy all through out the days, months and years. Hopeless!

Please help if anybody come across this complain. I know I have to do something, but I don't know now what to do.Pls advise...

what i have come to know is that it's the DANKUNI (WEST BENGAL) branch which has to clear this amount.

Pls help.

On 23 December, 2005 I lost my SBI ATM card. I got it blocked immediately and then a week later applied for a new ATM card. But it has been more than an year and I have not yet received the new ATM card. What a poor service!

This is Rupesh kumar, a businessman from bhagalpur (bihar).

i had purchased two drafts from sbi bhagalpur city branch last year, both of which were misplaced by the courier serivce.

I had already informed the draft issuing branch the matter and ask for the stop payment and issuing me the fresh draft of the same amount.

During this i was informed from the bank side that this matter will be solved by the SBI Service branch, Sansad Marg, New Delhi.

I was told that when SBI Service branch issue the non payment advice to the SBI Bhagalpur city branch,
then only the branch will issue me the fresh draft of the same amount.

All this matter is of the july month of last year(2009), and till date i didn't got any solution in the same matter.

Regarding to this, i personally visited the SBI Service Branch, New Delhi, but didn't found any positive solution.

I simply can not understand that is this the way of working of the nations largest bank of india?

Is this the way the bank deals with its customers?

Is there any one who can help me in this matter?

I was offered a loan on my SBI credit card few months back. At that time they told that no extra charges and no sevice charges so i opted for it. Later i was shocked to see the statements with so many service charges and extra charges. when i asked them reagrding this, they are telling that those are the charges for SBI and government taxes on EMIs. This is really rediculous thing. They have to intimate before taking the loan as i asked for extra charges and service charges before itself.
Advising to all people that dont take any loan from SBI at all.

The said bank has withdrawn cards facility on the pretext that card facility is disconnected owing tocurrent outstanding/payment pattern of outstanding vide letter no. J 8478 dated 08/11/2007. This behaviour of bank after regular payment has hampered my prestige in mall and online payments for different purposes. The bank should have to apolize and give me compensation for the same for hampering my prestige. I have already sent mails in this regard to the bank but all went unheeded by the bank

Hi my name is Shyam S, I work for a software company in Bangalore. I have an SBI credit card. I had made a transaction of Rs 55000/- for my cousin. This was split in to 3 EMI' and it did not carry any interest. It just included a processing fee of Rs 336.72. My cousin is in to business and every month he transfers the EMI amount to my savings account and I pay the EMI. Even if my cousin couldn't pay the EMI prior to the due date, he assured that he will pay it along with the late payment penalty.

The first EMI of Rs 18671.00 was paid on 4th June 2007. The second EMI of Rs 18334.00 was paid on 20th July 2007. The second EMI was paid after the due date, The third EMI was supposed to be paid on 6th Aug, since my cousin couldn't arrange money by then and had no problem in paying the same with late payment penalty.

On 17th Aug 2007, a lady claiming to be from SBI called me from +[protected]. She told me about my outstanding balance. I asked her to send her representative to collect the cheque from me on 20th August 2007. Meanwhile on 18th Aug 2007 I have received an SMS from SBI which says "Your SBI Card bill of Rs. 19714.52 with due date of 05-SEP-07 has been dispatched." This "19714.52" includes the penalty for late payment, So on 20th Aug I carried a cheque of Rs 19715/- to my office. The representative "Manjunath" turned up only on 21st August 2007. The representative was not ready to accept the cheque from me as it was dated to Sep 3rd. My due date is Sep 5th. This had something to do with the commission.

The representative called up his manager Devraj [protected] using my mobile. Then I received a call from +[protected] and this time that rude lady was telling me that I have paid only one EMI so far. We had an argument and I challenged them to send an email stating that I had paid only one EMI, So that I can take appropriate action against them. Finally I received an email from harihara.sudand@ge.com which did not mention that I had paid only one EMI, but it had my credit card statement.

The two EMI' which I claim to have paid was clearly shown in the credit card statements sent by harihara.sudand@ge.com to me.

These guys n gals are either too careless or really handpicked dumb a***oles.

State Bank of India, Merauli Road, Gurgaon (Haryana) deducted TDS amount of Rs. 13, 500 from my Sr. Citizen Saving Accounts [protected], [protected] & [protected] respectively during financial year 2010-11 but the same has not been passed on to Income Tax Depptt. as per form no.26 AS. Only amount Rs.10, 125 is reflected in my Form 26AS whereas an amount of Rs. 3, 375 is not reflected in my Form 26AS. I have been taken up the matter with authorities of SBI, MR, Gurgaon for last two months and followed up regularly but in vain. They only say that there ference has been made to their Charter Accountant. I have submitted application for credit card with state bank of india, trivandrum and they requeted me to open account with sbi. Accordingly i have opend an nre and nro account with their panavila branch in trivandrum and above all deposited one lakh rupees to issue the credit card. Unfortunately i have not received any credit card from them but got an sms from them to pay rs.1300.00 i have got two mails from them till date with their satement but how can i open the attachment without knowing the credit card number? In the same mail i have replied twice informing them non receipt of credit card... No use... What an idea saabji... To issue a credit card they asked a deposit of rs. One lakh.. Done so... Why should i pay rs.1300 without getting the credit card? Is any one their to advise me what to do next? Please send your suggestions and advice to my mail : unnipsk@yahoo.Co.In

On 7th of July when I reached Bank to Deposit Cash in my Account, at the same time Mr. Awasthiji (Head Cashier Mutthiganj Branch) has misbehaved with me and used Abusive language in Bank Campus in front of several customers.

I’m very much disappointed with Mr. Awasthi’s behavior and if this is the way to treat the customers in your Bank then please provide any solution for this matter.

I’m writing this letter after facing so much of Harassment and insult from your Mutthiganj Branch’s Employee Awasthiji's behavior.

Seeking your Support for this matter soon.

Account opened in sbi at gaigalapadu branch (Near kakinada) 0n 8-2-2008, but so far no atm card delivered and bank staff not giving internet banking facility stating that branch manager not aailable. And also refusing tio accept fdr for want of concerned staff.

This is a complaint against SBI Credit cards. I got SBI credit card in the month of Nov-2005. Since then I was getting Credit card statements on my hotmail email id until Jul-06. I remember to have got the same by mail also until Jul-06 regularly.Then I opted for Rs.15000/ loan from SBI Credit Card Company in the month of Oct-06 with a grace period of 90 days and also asked SBI CC over phone about sending the bill & statements regularly. Without receipt of any bill from SBICC, I repaid this full amount in Jan-07.
Then I got one statement by email in Mar-07 with a due amount of 1388. I asked SBI CC that I am unaware of this due as I have not got any bill or statement from the time I took CC loan from Oct-06 until Mar-07. This apart I got no response from SBICC until Jun-07. Then I started getting monthly statements on my hotmail id with a due which became around 5244 as on Sept-07. I contacted SBI CC over phone that it is unfair on their part not sending monthly statements and now I can not pay this undue amount to them. I gave my mobile as requested and asked the support person the CC office address/phone number. He simply told me to pay the due amount in any SBI ATM Card.

Can anyone help me in this regard. Thanks in advance.

State Bank of India [SBI] keep on charging after cancellation!

I am frustrated with SBI Credit Card. I don't know about Insurance Charges and all. After 4 months they charged me like 600 rupees. I asked customer care Guy who promised me that he is going to reverse all the Insurance charges and they he transferred 16000 rupees DD to me as a easy transfer. After that I payed that amount by 1 month interest for that and I left the Insurance amount. I asked Customer care once again about the reversal of this amount he said that he is going to do that but he never did. Now that amount goes to 2340 rupees. So please don't go for SBI Credit Card It is very bad experience I don't know what to do now.

I have cleared all my dues for the credit card and was in a credit + position when i left india, i had the same problem there and a customer care executive assured me that my card would be released for operation, why the F##k then is my card still not working? I cant even buy a damn book !

Since last three months I am unable to get monthly statements either by courier or on my e-mail. Even after filing a complaint on their helpline, they did not sent any duplicate bills or satisfactory response.

SBI CARD ACCOUNT STATEMENT IS NOT SENT TO THE CUSTOMER REGULARLY. THEY DO NOT INFORM THE CUSTOMER WEL IN TIME FOR DUE PAYMENTS. CASH PAYMENT IS NOT REFLECTED IN ACCOUNT STATEMENT. LOGIN IN SBICARD.COM SERVICE IS VERY POOR.

SBI credit card people are really unprofessional and card is a Headache. I have to get a refund of RS. 781 against the extra payment made to SBI, but inspite of continous complaints to SBI call center and even to head for complaints for SBI credit Card for 3 months, still I have not got my refund.

I am receiving constant due bills for my card as penalty on non payment of bills. But the fact is that I have regularly paid my bills on due date and I have spoken to their executive every time regarding the same but with no good result. Now it is height and impossible for me to carry over the same. I would like to give them their card back and will make sure that no body in my knowledge will ever make a card from SBI atleast.

Today I received one call from the cards collection agency from delhi. He used choicest of abuses and threatening language which is beyond imagination. I suppose they have hired hooligans for calling the customers and pay them for their abusive language. Such agencies should be booked under such offenses and the ruffians they hire should be hanged for their absolutely abusive and filthy language.

I am not receiving my monthly credit card statement till today to my mailing address from the date i received my card. I have recently changed my mailing address &they have confirmed about my address. They are charging late payment for my payment.

State Bank of India [SBI] sbi online facilities do not work!

SBI Online facilities are a complete fraud. None of their sites, 'onlinesbi' and 'sbicreditcards' work. They proudly announce their site 'onlinesbi' everywhere, but no one can ever log in to their site with the password they give. I have been trying for more than 2 years now since when they first started this, and applied four times, got four different passwords, the most recent one one month back, but they have all failed.

SBI credit cards online is also a complete fraud, they never give bills for their cards to anyone, everybody complains about this, and if you try to check up your bill online, then you find that the online site also cannot be logged in, it doesn't work. I think everybody is having this problem, its a very big fraud on their customers.

I have bough Car loan from SBI Anna salai branch my First emi date was Jan up to 7 yrs. My loan agreement number is [protected]
I have talked to Velmurugan - Relationship manager from SBI Anna salai he has said that RC & Dp xexox copy not surrender to us so that 1st emi ecs not clearing instead of PDC Celaring and I have personally went to Khivraj and get my RC & DPxerox and hand over to velmurugan and he has said that I have received the same and also from Feb month onwards your emi amount willl be cleared through ECS dont worry. But till now it has not being hit to my ICICI Account. My emi start date is 5 th of every month and also i have provide ECS Mandate form duly signed by me and Authorisation signed by ICICI Bank employee . Till now what is reason my emi not hit to my account kindly take necessary action on it I have attached the mail content which was discussed with Velmurugan. (v.velmurugan@sbi.co.in). I purchased SBI magnum contra mutual fund one year back now i have redeemed that money i have done request for redemption on 6 th November 06 according to SBI the cheque will received with in 10 days but i'm still waiting for that cheque. when i mailed to SBI they told me you have to come with stamp paper with a certain format then i will issue a another cheque, very upset due to this delay and already i have obtain a huge loss.

I had very bad experience with SBIMF when I shifted my BLUE CHIP units to THEIR multi-cap FUND. They entered wrong bank details in the records. After much correspondence and harassment and courier expenses they sent an apology email and letter stating that it was a clerical error obn their part.

They have now repeated their lousy incompetency of entering wrong bank account no. when I applied for their 370 days Fixed Maturity Plan. They blame me for the error.

Somebody should make them pay the investors for the harassment they cause when their clerks / officers commit grave errors and put public to unnecessary expenses.

State Bank of India [SBI] insufficient funds!

I would like to bring to your notice the problem faced by me with the SBI ATM (Ramrajatala (Howrah). I have tried to withdraw RS 10000 from my SBI ATM account ON 19TH/10/06 at that time there was some problem and the response came that the transaction could not be done, AND SHOWING THAT INSUFFICIENT FUNDS.

I Immediately reported the matter to SBI HOWRAH BRANCH, THIS KIND OF BUSINESS AT LEAST NOT EXPECTING FROM SBI.

Hi,

I gave the complaint on 07-02-2009 towards my ATM transaction problem. But still my problem is not solved. My father too much time went and asked my branch (Vilathikulam SBI). He is old person. But they are not give proper response. They told, “you go and come back after two days”. The same answer he received from SBI Employee at more than 3 times.

Please note : here I don’t want to give the complain against to any body. At the same time, I expect the solution from your side as soon as possible. Because already 1 months gone out. Pls help me. Here I forward my copy of complain letter content to you

Dear Sir,

I am having SB account with your (Vilathikulam) branch and my A/C.No:[protected]. I try to withdraw the amount Rs.1500 in SBI ATM near by LIC Building, Mount Road, Chennai dated on 07-02-2009. I didn’t receive any amount two times. After that I asked to another person who is stand on next of me in line. He tried and got the money from same ATM. Afterwards, I tried to withdraw the amount Rs.1500 and I am also received the amount Rs.1500. At the same time, while I looked in the print out sheet instead of amount Rs.1500 it detected Rs.3000. so immediately I consult with accounts officer who is sit in the above SBI ATM second floor. As per his guidelines, here with I attached photocopy of my transaction statement to your reference, which I received from SBI ATM machine at the time of transaction.

SIR,

my sbi a/c no. is [protected] and my atm card no is [protected].my problem is i have 27000 rs in my a/c.
i w.draw 15000 from my card on 26.9.08.so i balanced 12000 .but when i check my a/c some days after i have only 1.70
balanced. when i enquired in my branch (kutubkhana bareilly) they said your card using two times. but i recived only
one times 15000.

i checked my atm statement from CAC then found my 15000 txn entry not registerd . when i said about this
in my branch they not give proper responce and said your problem in under process.i complained to branch on date 6.10.08 .
but from till date i have not find proper solution of my problam.

so plese consider my reqest earlist as possible bcause i am in trouble.

State Bank of India [SBI] sbi credit card payments has become a big headache!

My monthly credit card statement is 27th of every month. My last statement for the month of August was received by me with a total amount outstanding Rs. 12666.48 with the last date for payment as 16/09/2006. The payment for the same was made by Bank of India Cheque No. for the complete amount o/s Rs. 12666.48 on 12/09/2006.

Yesterday on 22.09.2006 I receive a call from Ms. Sonia from SBI New Delhi (011)[protected] saying that I have Rs. 760.00 outstanding against my credit card and the same should be deposited today itself for which purpose an employee of SBI Cards will come to your office to collect the payment. Later during the day Mr. Naresh Shandil from SBI Cards Shimla comes to my office and asks for the payment. I showed him all my card statements and told him that the full payment for the o/s amount has been made on 12.09.2006. Mr. naresh calls up Ms. Sonia at Delhi office again... She tells to give a fresh cheque dated 25.09.2006 and the previous cheque will be returned to us by courier... WHAT IS HAPPENING ? A new cheque to be issued for what reasons? I am really fed up with the services and moreover I am getting calls again and again that "o/s amount should be deposited immediately.

She even told us not to use the DROP BOX for making payments. What all is happening? This has become a big headache for us.

hi i am a sbi credit card holder [protected] my card have been blocked few months before besides making my payments and the reason told to me is some internal reason but now i have cleared almost of the amount and when i rquested them to activate they said its been permantently blocked and canntot be activated the response from the customer care is not good and satisfacory so please look into the matter

I had requested you no. of times thru Customer care to waive off the interest in this connection you have a settlement letter on 31.12.2010 for clear my outstanding amount in three instalments out this I have already paid an amount of Rs.15, 500/0 by cash on 10.12.2010. Subsequently I met with an accidant. Due to this bad inceant my total plan for repayment is distrubed. Now I am facing lot troubles for lfood and butter and even I am not able pay education fee for my three childrens. In this situation I have approached bank for education loan The bank has refused my application due loss pay of my salary (due the above accidant )but due to less salary
In the meantime, I had requested to customer care to give 1(one) year time recover my financial position and to repay the balance amount against said agreement letter dated 31.12. 2010
But your collection executives harasing my wife and childrens which I am Hospital for the balance two instalments But This has given me mental torture.

I request you once again to cooperate and give one year time close my credit card & settle my account with out charging any interest

Your being a reputed public concern, such sort of action erode public faith & thereby affecting your business.

I hope you will consider the matter in its right perspective

Stop using SBI CreditCards. I had SBI creditCard. When I applied for the card, they said there are no yearly charges for HCL employees. After 1 year I saw yearly charge in my CreditCard. When I call the Bank, they said we will charge yearly fee for all customers. From that day I stopped using the card. After 2 years I got a call saying, due amount is "RS9000/- . After 2 more years got one more call saying due amount is RS19000/- :-)
My father got a call saying, they are filing a case in HIGH Court for the SBI Credit Card due. My father I asked me the details and I said it is all fraud. Next day my father got one more call from SBI cards, saying the same story. My father replied, he is ready to file case against SBI for the unnecessary charges. After that no calls for some time. Recently my DAD received one more call saying due amount is RS25000/- :-)

I have been getting messages on my mobile phone on 16 Jan, 15 Feb, 15 March, 15 April, 16 May and 15th july 2009 showing the message that your statement has been dispatched with outstanding amount of Rs... In this regard I am to say that i have not to pay any amount towards my SBi card nor I have received any statement. I dont know as to on which address they are sending the statements. I protested and written letter on 9.2.2009 followed by another letter dated 25.3.2009 both these letters were sent by speed post I also demanded copies of above bills. Neither I received any reply nor copy of statement. The action of bank does not seem to be in order as every time they say your statement has been dispatched They are not informing me at which address they have sent the statement

Iam Holder of SBI Credit Card. Whatever transcation i do from my card iam not getting any statements. Now my due date is 12th how should i make payment? No one is responding to my call nor giving me right direction to pay the bill. I think you are waiting for due date so that you will get interest on the amount due? Kindly response to my mail and suggest me in paying the amount other wise i have no other chance except to cancel my SBI credit card.

I used the SBI Credit Card for a short span of time and cleared all payments immediately in full before Due Date. I dont know on what basis they charge. The amounts are charged doubley and compounded infinitely. This is getting too much. The explanatory statement sent to me was baseless.

I never used SBI Credit card they started billing, afterward I had discontinued my the card I contacted SBI BPO officer I informed discontinued the card almost 2-3 years back.
concerned officer agreed & not sending billing statement by post.
but they even sending E_mail statement every month still outstanding.
I don, t have credit card and its number also. I am attaching the mail

This mail is with reference to the Sbi Final Settlement Letter dated 27th Feb 2006, Settlement Tracer No. Chennai 42sssss

My name is Pratap V. and I hold a SBI credit card (card no. 43175sssss8) and I have asked for a Final Settlement for the above mentioned credit card.

Subsequently one of your official (Mr. Sathish) approached me and arranged for a Final Settlement (please refer to the Final Settlement Letter attachment in this mail).

I was asked to pay a sum of Rs. 2,100/- towards the first instalment and I paid it too. (Kindly refer to the receipt attachement for the payment of Rs. 2,100 with receipt no.494sss and Book No.9sss0).

Now the issue is as follows:
If you look into the Final Settlement Letter, the credit card no. is mentioned as "00ssss" whereas my credit card no. is "4317sssss". Due to overlook I was made to pay the first instalment towards a wrong credit card no. which was never mine. Later, when I was about to pay my second instalment, I found that my credit no. mentioned in the Letter was incorrect. I called on Mr.Sathish and asked him regarding the discrepancy in the credit card no. He said that he will collect the xerox copy of the final settlement letter and correct it and further issue a new final settlement letter. Later whenever I called him, his number was out of reach. Now for the past 5 months, he has not called back nor has he sent his representative (Mr. Kumar) to address the issue.

My patience has lost its power and after a prolonged wait, has finally resulted in addressing this issue to the respective authorities.

Kindly do the needful so that this issue is rectified and a new final settlement letter is issued to me so that I can settle my dues without any problem.

There was unauthorized transaction in SBI pension account

- on 28th Sept 2019
- amount deducted 49995
- complaint ticket raised [protected]
Ticket was closed without informing. On further enquiry in the branch we were told "transaction successful".
Any help in this regard will be appreciated.

Sir, my father is dead 17.07.2017 then my mother submitted an application 13.10.2017 to sbi kondagaon branch with my father's account number [protected] n PPO Number 10/JC/12995 detail n close there pension on there account and start her family pension, account number [protected] but last 2year passed bt yet not start my mother's faimly pension.
