Samsung Electronics - Egypt (Customer Service Department) — ecobubble washing machine
I am writing you to raise the issue that I have experienced with customer service of Samsung Egypt. Unfortunately it is extremely disappointing!!
It is a very poor service. Irresponsible people.
I bought my washing machine ecco- bubble since 7 years. A motor problem occurred, there is a guarantee on the motor for 10 years. We called the call center since 20/9 . A spare part is needed (the motor) but no action taken. No response. Every time I explain the issue to the call center! I cannot use my washing machine.
I even thought to end this issue and to buy an LG product (LG people are really professional, nobody complained before about them).
