Dear sir, My parents lives in Egypt for almost 15 years now, 5 years ago we purchased a washer and we started to use it 2 years ago, last few weeks the washer started to make noise when in rinse mode, my mom contacted Samsung in Egypt to see if they can send someone to look at the washer, customer service assumed the problem without sending a technician to look at the washer. On June 24th of 2020 Samsung sent someone with spare part and he replaced the part without any diagnose, he charged us 750 pound and gave my mom receipt for 700 only. After he left my mom tried to use the washer but the noise was there and no change at all. my mom called Samsung again to complain, for almost a week nothing was done, two days ago a technician was sent to diagnose the problem after that he told my mom that the washer needs different spare part and it will cost 900 pound.
I'm very frustrated by the whole situation, i live in the states and i'm sure that wouldn't here here, companies policy should be the same everywhere.
I hope this email will find a way to the managers at Samsung and be resolved as soon as possible.

When talking on the phone after two minutes into the call it begins cutting out i can hear them but they can not hear me. Eventually on both sides we can not hear each other. I have trouble connecting to the internet i know it is not my carrier because i have a tablet with the same carrier and the tablet connects perfectly fine. It will not accept video calls as i tried to video call the other day and it would not go trough. Also I should mention this is the second A20 i have had in a month that has had all the same problems. I have done all the troubleshooting with my carrier and none of it has worked.

My son bought me a tv from Costco last year and it started developing a blue line running vertically and it got more and more noticeable. Contacted Samsung and after numerous tries finally got to where they said they would send someone to fix the tv. Waited and waited for someone to come. Finally called the repair place and they said Samsung cancelled the repair order but Samsung never let us know. So contacted the company and they said they will send me a new tv. Waited weeks and nothing. contacted Samsung again and they said they are reviewing the case. Waited another few weeks and now they want me to scrape a sticker off the tv, take a pic of that same sticker and mail it even though the sticker will be in the envelope, fill out paperwork letting samsung not be liable anymore. As soon as I ot all the info together I mailed it to samsung. Waited weeks and got a call finally on March 21 saying its been approved and they will throw in $50 over the price of the tv for time wasted. Waited a couple of weeks and called Samsung and was told after they approved the request for a refund on May 21 a couple hours after that the review board rejected the claim with no answer as to why. Called Samsung again and was told]no one knows why it was rejected but they will put it up fr another review. Thought Samsung was a good company but with all this runaround and lies and BS that they are trying to hand me I will never buy anything Samsung again and will tell everyone they canʻt be trusted!

Purchased this dryer 12/2019 and purchased warranty. Within 2 weeks dryer would not complete drying process. Following dates had techs come out to repair. 12/19, 2/3/20, (break due to virus), 4/3, 4/21, 5/6. Thermostat replaced since heated SO high almost caused a fire. Called Samsung and spoke to Case Managers, Pierre 5/9/20, Pablo 5/12, Rafael 5/12. All 3 promised a call for a tech to do a final inspection of the dryer. Meanwhile drying damp clothes on chairs and hanging all over. Called 5/22/20 spoke to Duma. Said I should of had a call for appointment. Asked to speak to Director over Case Managers. Told would take 24 hours.
Terrible product. Terrible service. Why did I pay for a warranty?

I started this process on april 14, 2020, I have yet to get anything resolved. We purchased a $3000 samsung television from best buy, and it went out right after our warranty expired. Of course trying to get throught to them is next to impossible! Once I did get through no one could help me, I finally, after 2 days was able to get to a supervisor named karen, probably the only helpful person at samsung. She was able to extend my warrantee after hours of trying to get the s/n number, and hours of speaking to her, due to the covid-19, she could extend it. We finally settled on getting someone out here to fix the television, a few days later, the gentleman called to cancel the appointment, because part was not in. A week went by, no call or anything. I had to call one department only to wait on hold for 45 minutes to get a person who tolf me they cannot get the part.. Umm, when was someone going to call me and tell me this? So after an hour of discussion with this person, I was told they are processing it for an exchange. Ok, sounds great. Well, a couple days went by, nothing, called best buy, sat on hold for 2 hours, to be told they have no information from samsung. So, again, on hold with samsung to be told everyone there is a manager, and there is no one higher than them to speak with. They give an e-mail and I sent that e-mail a month ago with no response. They do not make the tv any longer obviously because it was a dub.. Qn75q7fnafaxza is the model. I do not even know what to do.
Refrigerator / ice maker
I purchased a Samsung refrigerator on 3/2017, from the very beginning we had trouble with the Ice maker. Samsung has replaced the ice maker twice once in 4/17/2019 and the second time was 4/16/2020. I found out there was a class action about the Ice maker. Samsung contacted me on 4/21/2020 the customer service rep was named Rachel, she said Samsung wanted to replace my refrig with a new one. she said she would e-mail me with the information. She never did e-mail or call me back. On 4/22/2020 I called Samsung and talked to Pablo, who explained to me my options and I decided on the exchange and not the Customer credit. He said it would take a few days to set everything up. I sent him the receipt for the refrig I bought in 3/2017. On 4/28/2020 Samsung e-mailed me and said the exchange had been approved the gave me a Ref #[protected] they said it would take a few days to set everything up and after 5 days if I did not here from the store where I bought my refrig to call Samsung I waited 7 days so I called today. Everything we had agreed to had changed Instead of the exchange they were to give me a store credit I was not aware of this change I was never notified. Then started my journey through Samsung Customer service. I made a total of 3 phone calls today, the first person i talked to tired to help but hung up on me and never tried to call me back, the second person Diego tried to help but I end up talking Ed his supervisor who told everything had been completed
but I told him it couldn't be because I never heard from the store and I didn't have a new refrig he told me to contact the store and gave me an RMA #[protected]. I contact the store Lowe's and they said they had now info about the refrig. So I called a 3rd time and talked to Kristine who knew what she was doing. She told me she would check into everything and call me back with answers to my questions, guess what she did call back and said the store had the info and they would call me which they. I found out the credit was for$1804.05 which means I will have to spend $200 to $300 for a new refrig which I don't want to pay
But my real issue is your customer service and the way they handled my problem. They made a mess of it from the very beginning. Some people tried to help and they should be commended those who made the problem worst should be reprimanded.
I would like Samsung to please help pay the extra money for the refrig $200 to $300 for all the trouble I have gone through. After all it was your poor Ice maker design that caused this problem in the first place. Customer Service was the second problem.

Im done with the Samsung brand...My refridge has been freezing up under the space below the pull out Meat tray...have to scrape the ice about every 6-7 weeks for a couple years now...you would think a corporation would own up to their inferior product, but samsung employs underpaid customer service people to keep passing you around to other underpaid non management types till you give up...there is a class action against them for this problem, but as we know they are still profiting of this garbage product...have tried (spent my money) on all kinds of fixes recommended by other you tubers and like them it doesnt resolve the poor design and horrible customer care...

Coils looked at several times for defrosting issues. I have had 3-4 appliance people out to repair this problem. And it has never been permanently resolved. I have had to defrost this refrigerator every 2 or 3 weeks. What can be done to solve this problem. I am tired of this problem and I can’t buy a new refrigerator every

This device is the worst 300 I have ever spent the screen freezes does unintended act not keyed into as a vitim from domestic violence I cannot have a device that gives error messages like mmi code not recognized call not sent my x-husband has tried to kill me once already. Bracket in lower freezer door handle broke
I have ordered the bracket that holds the freezer door handle to replace the broken brackets that are inside the current door handle. I believe the plastic bracket failed to maintain the integrity and hold the handle for the bottom freezer door handle. I believe the company should be required to replace and repair these handles. My refrigerator was purchased from Best Buy in 2012 and is out of warranty. I believe the brackets care defective weak and brittle plastic pieces that fail to do job required
Customer Service
Made an order online, did not receive a confirmation email within days, but had screenshot of order number from post purchase. Credit card even had an authorization. Contacted customer support, they couldn't find the order. However, I could even look up the order on their website via a lookup tool. I sent them screenshots of the lookup and the confirmation number. Days later they responded asking for 2 more business days to look into it. 5 business days after that they finally responded that they couldn't figure it out, and just asked me to order it again. It took 2.5 weeks, and there was no resolution other than a token "so sorry" for the inconvenience email. Worthless support.

I took my Samsung tablet which is on contract with MTN around August 2019 to be repaired under warranty as it started spewing ink out of the blue.
and eventually stopped working. i immediately took it back to the dealership where i had purchased it on contract.
After about 8 weeks i received a call from the dealership that the tablet has been sent back by the repair center with the cost of R3000 to have it repaired.
i then asked why should have to pay for its repairs, clearly something went wrong internally. i requested a report from the service/repairs office detailing the information that led them to believe/conclude that I was liable for the damage. Till to date i have received no such report, and no one can explain to me why they think i am responsible.
I have been in contact with the service center since the beginning of October, the case manager is Felicia. I have two reference numbers from them

2. [protected], this leads me to come to the conclusion that there is no such report.
I feel that the service/repair center is being completely unethical, in that they have refused to show me how they have come to the conclusion that i am liable for any repairs, even though they cannot prove that I caused physical damage to the tablet.
The warranty for the tablet must be used to fix this tablet.

Issue :
I purchased M30 Mobile in Oct month and mobile is hanging many time and one day when i was charging my mobile, mobile touch suddenly stopped for working and when i visited Authorized Samsung mobile service center (Prem nagar, Jaipur), they told me screen and touch is damaged automatically, I told them, mobile is under warranty period and Please repair it.
They were not ready to repair under warranty and asked me for 4751 RS for changing the touch screen... after lots of discussion, I had no options to go outside and decided to give mobile them, after 3 days they return my mobile back and give me 4751 RS bill... included 415 is labour cost...
I have some concerns about charges...
1. When mobile is under warranty period, why services center is charging money for repair.?
2. They just want to change the products, instead of repair, so they can make more money and can easily cheated to customer.
3. If product is under warranty period, why they are changing for Labour cost?
I need my money back otherwise i will forward my concern to company director and all social media.

I want to inform everyone not to make the mistake of buying a Samsung UHD LED TV. I recently purchased a Samsung 50 inches UHD TV model no. UA50RU7400KXZN. The picture quality is OK when viewing from the front. But the picture quality from a viewing angle of 15 degrees or more on either side starts becoming progressively white/milky and is even worse when the background is light. To make matters worse the Samsung office in Dubai says that this is not a manufacturing defect & is normal so they won't do anything. This is so pathetic coming from such a big brand name. I also have LG TVs at home which are far better in every way & don't have this issue. I strongly suggest to people to not buy Samsung TVs.

I am writing to you after I tried all the ways with Samsung UAE without any solution, I purchased one TV UA55RU7400kxzn on 8/12/2019 after it was recommended by the salesman at Samsung that this TV can give a good picture for both SD and HD channels, my concern was the SD TV channels, but when delivered by Harman team (Samsung) and connected to the receiver all SD channels are not clear and very bad, I rejected the TV so the same team took back the TV but refused to return back my money, now 13 days passed without having a TV or getting back my money, I contacted Samsung UAE (Mr. Adnan from Samsung UAE and Mr. Vinod from Harman) they are not cooperating at all and behaving very badly, saying that once box was opened we don't return it back nor give back your money even refused to utilize the amount for buying something else from Samsung like Samsung Phone, a complaint had been raised to economic departments and now will go to court, now the TV is with Samsung and my money too, all this because the Samsung team here in UAE do not care about Samsung name nor Samsung customers. Samsung is a big name and such people representing Samsung here in UAE will effect negatively Samsung.

In first week of November we visited Bangkok with the phone but to my surprise it was overheating problem and I closed my phone and came to Mumbai -INDIA and gave it to your service center in Borivali-west -Mumbai -INDIA and insisted to repair under warranty but they refused and had to pay Rs.1005/-but after one fortnight again it started overheating and the service engineer diagnose liquid in mother board and gave an estimate of Rs.8500/=.
Now since the amount is so high I am not willing to shell out a single rupee as it is a manufacturing fault .
The liquid in the unit might have formed due to the climate and I rested my case to the engineers if the unit goes in water it will be totally dead but sir the unit is working but only the heating problem.
I had taken the matter to the CEO-India and now they gave estimate of Rs.13143/= and discount of 50% to be approve within 7 days which I have refused and need to repair under warranty and I shall give them my three phones which is in running condition.
Sir I have already informed Mr. Nelson Pradeep and the staff on the phone and in writing that I shall take the matter to the principal-Samsung Korea to review my case and if not repaired in warranty I shall also put the matter in social media and spread the words with my friends that one should avoid buying Samsung mobile phones if travelling abroad as it does not stand the heat and cold of other countries and seems ignored by the Indian partners.
Sir, I shall be highly obliged if the unit is repaired in warranty and maintain the reputation of your brand.
I hope you will do needful and instruct the Indian partners to repair it in warranty.
