Samsung customer service

I have been a tracfone customer for years. Calling customer service is never a joy (Language differences) but this christmas has been especially painful.
Christmas eve I got an android phone with a 400 built in minutes from hsn. I tried to move my number from a non android phone and couldn't so I called customer service. I was told by glenn (Who do you think you're fooling with these names?) what my problem was and he said you couldn't keep the same phone number but he would manually transfer my minutes (At that time over 400) and my days 790+. He said if I hung up it would automatically be fixed. It wasn't. All that happened is that neither phone worked. Great

I didn't want to call you back on christmas day so I started about noon today from my mothers house. You see, I am on a fixed income and I don't have the minutes to spare. I called, stayed on the phone with "leon" for over an hour when he gave me to his supervisor "ann". She told me I couldn't move my contacts (I did with bluetooth) but she would move my minutes/days since they were still on my old phone. I asked if I could keep the same phone number and she was working on it. Next thing I know my phone goes dead. 77 minutes for nothing. I called back, told the girl what happened. She said she could transfer me but instead put me in the que I was in initially so I got to wait another 20 minutes for a call back. I got to speak with another girl who said she knew leon and would transfer me then hung up on me. I give up. I now have a phone with a new phone number (Because I finally used some notes * found and activated my phone. I spent 2 hours and talked to 5 people and got absolutely nothing accomplished. My old phone number was [protected]. My new number is [protected]. If there is and english speaking technician, I would love it if someone would get my old minutes and days added to my phone. I would also like my old number back.

I wish you cared more for your customers. This has been a nightmare.

Samsung wrong tv carrier offer

I bought tv samsung 32 inch led and they offered free tv carriage. And I asked them to attend at house in order to install the tv with the new carrier. Upon. The technician he did not know how to fix, also the offered carriage not comply with the tv, he flitted the carriage with new long bolt, which is not under our satisfactory, he say if you need to fix the new carriage and you have to pay for it, then I refused, because it is faultless offer. And mean they are cheating withe in sale department, also the way how to deal with the custom are not satisfactory.

Samsung samsung refrigerator factory fault

My Samsung refrigerator started smelling really bad. After cleaning it twice it was still smelling rotton. We turned the refrigerator over. Rotten flued was trapped at the bottom. I have tried for three days to resolve this problem. After the "technician" was here they said that the defrosting unit is no working they will replace that. I told the agent that that is not going to solve the problem. He just said sorry that is what they are going to do and we have to pay R650. I told him that the rotton part is still at the bottom and it is still going to stink and it is a health risk. He then tells me that they can't replace that part. My point exactly - it is a factory fault. How am I the user supposed to clean it if they can't even replace it. Technician:" I have never seen anything like this". We had to help him turn over the fridge.. It is unhiegenic and we can't use the refrigerator. The Csll Centre Supervisor refused to give me a name of a manager or to get a manager to contact me. I have the proof of the conversations with the call centre agent.

Samsung false advertising

I purchased this Samsung TV - UN32EH4003FXZA on 10/22/2013 at my local best buy. The products was advertised that it contained a digital output- the manual stated that it did, the setup guide stated it, as did the box. Unfortunately, I did not have an optical out device so I did not check. I purchased this tv with intents on adding audio to it at some point. I purchased the new audio device and noticed that this TV does not have a digital output as advertised. I checked Samsung's website and it still says that the tv has a digital audio output. I called Samsung to discuss this with them and they informed me that because it was out of warranty (by nearly 60 days), they cannot do anything for me. The supervisor told me that since the website contains this: "Features and specifications are subject to change without prior notification" that they are not responsible. I am speechless that a company would sell a product which was incorrectly advertised containing features it did not, and they won't do anything to resolve it.

Samsung have not received it!

On the 8th of december 2014 I bought a samsung lithium camera battery bp85a.

On the 11th december I emailed the company saying I had heard nothing and asked them what they were doing and why I hadn't even had a letter of confirmation!

On the 12th december I went to my bank who told me a firm called cross oceans had debited my account on the 10th of december.

Who are these people and what can be done surely they are very crooked? How can these people be allowed to go unchecked and stealing openly from us? I paid with paypal as far as I know.

Samsung worst customer service

Samsung has the Worst Delivery Service I Ever seen !
I have placed an order (Order# [protected]) for a Samsung 55' TV on 11/23/2014 from Louisville, KY, USA. I am writing this on 12/12/2014 and the order still not delivered. They use the worst Shipping company (AGS). I dont understand why samsung is taking around 1 month to deliver a product which other retailers (walmart, best buy, target etc. ) can deliver within 2-3 days. my neighbor bought the same TV from walmart on 11/28 and it was delivered on 11/30.
Samsung - please respond what takes you 1 month to deliver the same product? and how you will compensate this delay in delivery to the consumer. Also when i call up to their customer service phone number to check the order status [protected]) - they never pick up the phone. It goes on ringing for 3 times and then the call drop off. So apparently i don't have any status from them on the order for around a month.
Never going to buy anything from Samsung.com

I had a problem - The person I was calling, could hear his own voice (echo) so, Samsung Store (Vancouver) send my phone for the repairs in Toronto, later appeared another problem – the phone could not recognise any sim card. Then they send it again to Toronto. After I received, în a few days Echo problem returned back so they send it again to Toronto to fix. In total my phone was sent 4 times to Toronto for repairs – every time leaving me with no phone for weeks and a lot of waste of time and so much stress.

Guys believe me I have spend so, so many hours for the past 9 months over the phone, live chatting on computer and emails with their customer service telling me : “This issue was escalated in top priority and discussed with higher management” Everybody knew me already in their offices I guess. By the end I was speaking over the phone with the general manager of the upper department, you know what he said- I can hear this disturbing noise of the echo, but I can not do anything as our policy is to do what our computer test are giving, our computer test declared your phone is working good as per manufacturer’s specifications, so please use your phone as it is…
Can you imagine that?

I have learned one thing- nowadays all the phone are practical identical, our human eye hardly will see the difference- photos/speed etc. What you are really buying is the company you will deal with later. What you will do if your phone got broke? Samsung has the WORST customer service from them all, you can find tons of people like me on the net, Samsung will replace 99% of your phone hardware but will never replace you with a new phone.

Usually I am not writing reviews, but this case got me supermad, I have spend about 1400$ for the phone and wirelescharger and I keep it in my drawer now. I was huge fan of the Samsung, as I have many appliances în my house from Samsung, but this phone was the last one for sure. I remained loyal even after they were blowing batteries în people's hands with the Note 7 and I believed in them and I bought this S8+, but I regret so much.
Do not make my mistake. There are so many good phones like Iphone, Google Phone etc. with a great customer service- just ask your friends.

Buying imported #Samsung products at #Lazada is the worst experience ever!

Last July, i bought a Samsung Galaxy tab S 8.4 at Lazada. Since it was my first time to purchase an expensive item at Lazada, i made sure that if the item was defective and all, i could return it to them and they would refund or replace provided that it is not beyond the 30day return policy. So yes, i gambled on it. I felt i had a good deal. It took me 10 days to receive the item because they had to purchase it in Hong Kong. When i received the package, it was perfect! It was a really nice product. It was lightweight and very slim. It had nice display and everything. I loved it so much that i purchased a cover and a screen protector immediately to keep it nice and scratch free. I really enjoyed that tablet until one fine day, the screen suddenly turned green! I was so scared because it was already two months++ after the 30day return period! So i called Lazada to ask about it and they told me to bring the tablet to the nearest Samsung store to have it checked. And since we don't have a store here, i browsed thru Samsung's site and read about the warranty. I even called their toll free number. They said that they won't honor the warranty because i bought it online. They can repair it, but it would cost about 15, 000! Imagine that! It's like buying a new tablet! So i tried to contact Samsung hong Kong because the tablet sent was from there and they told me that if it was indeed from them, they will have it repaired or even replaced. So okay, i called Lazada that i will be sending back the tablet. I sent the tablet on October 9 thru LBC. They emailed that they received the package and that they will check the damage. They told me that the process would take about a week. So i patiently waited. After a week, they told me that the item was really defective and since it is still under warranty, they will send it back to Samsung for repair. However, the process would take 3-4 weeks. Since i cannot do anything about it, i waited for 3weeks before i started to follow up on the status of my item. I remember sending them a lot of emails but they all have the same reply: we will check maam. So i thought maybe it's because the seller in HK won't update them also. I asked Lazada to call me so i can have an update. The CSA said the same thing! We will check! December 9, two months after i sent the tablet, Lazada sent an email telling me they have received the product for repair and i was like 😨?!?! Then yesterday, they sent an email telling me that Samsung will not honor the warranty since it was not purchased here in the Philippines! So i waited for 2months only to find out that they didn't send my tablet to Hong Kong for warranty! So stupid diba?! So i really don't know what to do now. I just feel so dumb buying at Lazada and buying Samsung products with no international warranty. 😤😱😵 #lazadaph #lazada #samsungmobile #samsunggalaxytab #samsungelectronics #onlineshopper

had the same experience. AFter all the follow-ups telling me they are already shipping to me my order since they sent a wrong one, they would suddenly answer you that "we have just verified today that it is a wrong item. we thought it was just defective." not honest.

Samsung refrigerator does not work after 10 days of usage. one month and nothing has been done by samsung.

I am from Brazil, but I don’t know what else I can do here to get my problem solved here. Hope you can help me from there.
I bought a refrigerator from Samsung, model RFG28MESL, the most expensive Samsung refrigerator here in Brazil, that was delivered to my new house on 10/8/2014.
I moved in on 11/3 and started using the refrigerator since this day.
What was supposed to be a dream coming true moving to my new house became a nightmare. All thanks to Samsung.
After 10 days using the refrigerator, it stopped working and I lost everything I had inside. I arrived home and everything was warm inside the fridge and the smell was really bad as you can imagine.
After that, I have been trying for a month to get my refrigerator exchanged for a new one as it stopped working after 10 days of usage.
To make a long (very long) story short, I had to wait 4 times at home for a Samsung customer support representative that never showed up, I had to call at least 15 times to Samsung and was always told to wait, I had to open more than 10 service orders at customer support for nothing, I had to send at least 15 messages on Facebook and always get the same answer: “wait for our reply as we are studying the case”.
I really don’t understand what is going on. Why is Samsung treating me like that? Why is Samsung refusing to exchange their most expensive refrigerator for a customer that after 10 days of usage has a refrigerator that does not work, makes a lot of noise and keep everything inside warm?
Can you imagine what is nowadays to live a month without a refrigerator at home with two small babies?
Can you imagine what it is to order delivery food every day because you cannot have anything to cook at home?
Can you imagine what it is to feed your babies with canned baby food for a month?
As I said, this first month at the new house has been a nightmare thanks to Samsung.
I really hope you can help me from there, because here in Brazil Samsung seems to not care about this. As they say, “just wait while we see what we can do”.
I can’t wait anymore! Not after a month waiting…

Samsung service center delays

On the 27/10/2014 I took my Laptop NP550P5C to a designated Samsung Agent & service center (Scientific & Medical Supplies Co). I was told that for no apparent reason I needed a new mother board. I asked how long it will take to get fixed & they mentioned 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I asked about my Notebook & was told Samsung sent a faulty motherboard &they have ordered a new one.
2 weeks later Samsung has delays in deliveries of spare parts & I have to wait with no date given. This Monday I was told that the part has arrived & I will get my Notebook on Thursday. Today is Wednesday I gotr a call from the service cnter apologizing & they said Samsung has sent them again a bad motherboard. Seems to me Samsung cant do anything right. Can someone tell me please whom do I contact or do I kiss my just over a year notebook goodbye & buy Dell?

ARE YOU SURE YOU ARE DEALING WITH SAMSUNG? OR IS THIS ANOTHER COMPANY? I HAVE A LAPTOP THAT I PURCHASED LAST YEAR FROM SAMSUNG, I PAID 700.00, ABOUT A MONTH AFTER I BOUGHT IT THE WINDOWS 8 UPDATE CAME OUT AND MY LAPTOP WAS SET TO AUTOMATICALLY UPDATE, MY HARDRIVE FROZE, THE LAPTOP WOULD NOT WORK ANYMORE. I CALLED THE 800 NUMBER ON THE BOX THAT THE LAPTOP CAME IN, GOT A REPRESENTATIVE WHO ATTEMPTED TO HELP ME FIX THE COMPUTER OVER THE PHONE, BUT IT WAS BEYOND BOTH MY "KEN" AND HIS SO HE TOLD ME TO TAKE THE LAPTOP TO UPS, THEY WOULD HAVE A SHIPPING LABEL AND THEY WOULD CALL WHEN THEY REC'D AND LOOK AT THE COMPUTER TO LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. WHEN THEY CALLED THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO REPLACE THE HARD DRIVE AND THAT I WOULD HAVE MY COMPUTER BACK WITHIN 2-3 DAYS. THE TOTAL REPAIR AND TURN AROUND TIME TOOK 4 DAYS. I THINK MAYBE YOU SHOULD SEE IF YOU COULD GET SOMEONE AT SAMSUNG TO HELP YOU.
THIS REALLY DOESN'T SOUND LIKE THEM.

Samsung phone overheated and new 1 not issued

i visited the liberty midlands mall in pietermaritzburg. i purchased a samsung S4 mini on contract. on sunday i had brought the phone bach because it was over heating. to my knowledge a new phnone was supposed to be issued but the manager insisted the phone needs to be sent to check what is wrong with it and it will take 7 days for them to get feed back. i then requested to cancel my contract which was only 2 days later and the manager refused saying i can not cancel the contract. i then called customer service explaining what had happened and they said within 7 days i can cancel my contract. i then phoned the manager at vodashop n told her, she said that the call centre is giving out incorrect information and i can not cancel my contract. im not sure who is correct but to me the manager seems very incompetent. please assist me with this matter as i am very unhappy about this situation.

Samsung tv manufacturing defect

Dear sirs

I'm writing to you with the greatest disappointment in samsung products and services. I'm Dr. Halim emeira, a proffessor of finance and I'm an owner of a huge variety of samsung products, home appliances and communication devices. I used to believe in Samsung as the most superior brand and innovative company worldwide, I used to own competitor products earlier as I'm a fan of technology and gadgets but a while ago I decided to unify the brand I'm using and therefore I bought most of the appliances and devices from Samsung, from microwaves. Washers, refrigerators, vacuum cleaners, mobile phone, home theater, tv and so on and so forth. However, I experienced a very irritating and unpleasant situation that made me completely lose trust in the brand and decide not to but another Samsung brand ever. 7 months ago I bought a 65 inch LED smart tv and 2 home theaters from Samsung as I was upgrading my entertainment system. I was offered Sony 4K and LG with discounted prices but I went for the Samsung as my brand of choice as I trusted It would treat its customers with more importance and respect than others. However, I was mistaken. A couple of days ago I experienced a problem with my tv as it turned off and on by itself without any interference from my side. I tried everything but it wouldn't be fixed and therefore I called the local Samsung dealer to report the problem. First thing they did was lie to me, they told me that this problem was caused by a power surge and electricity fluctuation which was wrong, as my home is equipped with a current stabilizer which prevents such matters. Secondly, I went online and researched this problem and found out that Samsung has a problem with its power board and it was reported many times as. Manufacturer defect and the power circuit should be discharged and if that doesn't work the local dealer should replace it. Thirdly, when I asked why this problem isn't covered by warranty they told me because my Tv was bought from saudia Arabia not from egypt and they cover egypt only. I'm sorry but is Samsung egypt more superior that Samsung global? Is Samsung products in egypt more special than any worldwide and Samsung egypt is treated as a separate company? The specs of the tv in saudia and egypt are exactly the same technically and I have proof to that, why isn't it covered by warranty in egypt? I paid 35000 pounds for a tv and 2 home theaters which has a manufacture defect known and recognized by Samsung and I should pay 2000 pounds to fix it as I bought the tv from saudia Arabia? This is highly unacceptable by my standards, I used to work for mercedes, Porsche and jaguar Land Rover and wherever we had a defected product that was bought from anywhere we used to apply the warranty rules, as we want to sustain the brand value and keep our promises to customers to cater for our products and preserve its image, and Samsung doesn't care for that? 2000 pounds it's not an amount of many that I worry for as I already paid more than 250000 pounds on your products in the past 10 years, I won't lose much, but trust me Samsung is the one who will lose as I won't accept to pay for Samsung mistakes and manufacturing defects and I won't ever buy a single product from Samsung again, and neither will I let any of my friends or acquaintances. If Samsung isn't responsible enough to fix its mistakes and compensate its customers for its faults and mistakes then we should probably switch to other brands with better customer perception and services. Gentlemen, the relationship between a company and its customer only begins when selling a product, don't deal with it as the end of the deal because you got your money. You can get much more money later on if you keep your promises and sustain your brand image.

Samsung refrigerator faulty

I bought a samsung fridge model rl67vcpn from house and home in kimberley in january 2014. I have had to have samsung technicians come out twice to the same fault on the fridge. On friday 2014-11-14 I contacted house and home and reported once again the same fault on the fridge, the fan making a loud noise, up to date the samsung technicians have not responded to the call at all. The fridge is now having problems with it''''s temperature and obviously my fully stocked fridge is now smelling and all the food is starting to go bad. I request that this fridge be replaced immediately and that the content in the fridge be replaced due to the incompetency of samsung''''s technicians. I have always been satisfied with samsung products due to good service from samsung and their quality, but this is the first time I have been really disappointed with samsung''''s product and services. A fridge is a necessity as in the conducive heat in kimberley it is impossible to go without a fridge. Please help

Samsung Defective products & poor customer service

I purchased a Samsung tab4 from Samsung. But from the first day I noticed that there are some issues with that tablet. Issues with Battery, data connection...I spent with the tablet for some days to confirm that. Then within 2 weeks I returned it to the Samsung service center, 'The phone company' to check that.They gave a contactable person called 'Mark' and his phone was not answered anytime. I waited for 8 days. Since I didn't hear anything from them, I called them after 8 days. From my first call I was told that my tab was ready. Then I called them back to confirm their address to collect the tab. But then they told that the battery of the tab has some issues and they don't have batteries for the tab and I have to wait for 2 to 3 weeks to get my tab. Their manager Mr.Clintus asked me an interesting question. He also replied me after I called more than 20 times. He asked, why didn't I called him. Why do I call him? How can I get his number ? Who told me to call him ?
Then I called to Samsung company. They also told me batteries are not available and I have to wait for some time...I sent emails to Samsung and this the phone company and didn't get any reply. These are some of my questions and there are more...
1)Replacing a battery means they are giving me a factory refurbished product for the brand new price.
2) Also, how can a brand new product have a damaged battery ?
3)Why do I wait for more than 3 weeks for the product after investing on it ?
4)Why didn't your service center people informed about this until I called them even after I informed this is urgent ?
5)Why didn't the service center people including manager respond me directly ?
6) A call center person told that they could replace me a new tab if I addressed this issue within 24 hours, but how can a user notice an issue like this in 24 hours ? It can be noticed only after using it for some time.

These people are changing the original batteries before selling it to you...That is a serious thing happening in this company...
They told that batteries will available after 2 to 3 weeks...but after I follow up they told that batteries are available and they can give me my tablet...How can a unavailable battery came to them only after I follow up...?
Yes...Samsung has a big brand name...but personally I met with lot of issues with all the Samsung products I used up to now and I will never go to any Samsung in future... You will also get the same experience if you will need ay Samsung service...Don't ever waste your money on poor Samsung products...

Samsung samsung service

This is my last resort to reach the samsung head office, I have been trying and sending emails and calling on the phone and unable to reach the head office in anyway no one is able to help with my issues,

I have sent my phone for repairs and I received an email stating my phone was rooted and they send me a picture of my galaxy s5 and that they will not repair my phone, which I am okay with I want my phone back as I sent it also I have noticed there was damage to the physical state of the phone, which I did not cause and I have pictures to prove that I did take pictures before I sent my phone in for repairs. Basically jerry called me liar stating that I did the damage I have had the worst customer service that I have ever received in my life, I have always been a samsung fan all my appliances, tv and smartphones are samsung, and for this to happen it has lost all my trust with samsung I truly regret for ever buying anything that is samsung related I have never been this disappointed all I want is my phone back as it was when I sent it in without the physical damages the corner dents and scratches. I would like the head office to take care of this issue please

Samsung samsung s4

I took my phone in for freezing and battery problems that wasn't my fault in the first place and lost my original battery. They didnt want to replace my battery that they know is the problem of these phones and when I got it back my phone had other problems asswell. I'm working with my phone and cant do my business without my phone. I'm loosing time and money and I think its unelectable. Hope you can help me fix the problem. Samsung misleading / fraud

The incident happened like that, i gave one of my samsung phones to your service station for repairing as there was a problem with the screen. I paid 10 k for the same. I was given a guarantee for 1 month but to my surprise it got damaged after a couple of days only. When i complained to this, i was told straightaway that you have to pay for it again as it is your fault.

Dear Sir,
Kindly find my disappointment while dealing with Samsung official service center in Egypt (MTI / I2).
First of all after sales service provided by MTI / I2 doesn’t meet
the standards of a multinational company such as your reputable company.
I decided at a certain point to send you this mail to warn you of the
low quality service that is provided under your name in Egypt.
I recently bought a mobile phone (Samsung Note3 – Model SM-N900 – IMEI
[protected]) from a local vendor (Raya I2)
with an invoice date of 9/11/2013. After a soft use I faced shut down for the mobile during calls and the bad quality of the screen color . I decided to take it
back to the vendor (Raya) they changed the software for the mobile and when i got it back i found that the problem still exist so i returned back to them and they changed the software for the second time but the issue still exist and i returned back to them for the third time but they insist to change the software for the third time which is totally illogical and waste of time and money . noting that my warranty going to end by the end of November .

I don’t know how many days I have to wait to be able to use my device,
. I am totally unsatisfied by the value of
money. I even have doubts about being able to rely on such an after
sales service.
I am requesting a direct intervention to stabilize such situation. I am
also requesting a compensation to cover the time and effort wasted. I
believe you care about your customers, reputation and image.
Your fast response will be highly appreciated.

Samsung bad service

Dear Sir/Madam;
On 29th September 2014, I bought a Samsung Note 3 / 4G smart phone from Lulu hypermarket. I started using it on the 1st October 2014, and noticed that the battery started losing its charge so quickly despite that I was not using it that much.in addition to that it lost 3% of its charge within 15 – 20 Minutes (from 93% to 90%). Once I noticed that I immediately went to LuLu Hypermarket and complaint to them and left the phone for service.
Unfortunately, on the 9th October 2014, they called me to say that they sent the phone to the service centre. My point is why they kept my phone for almost nine days before they decided to send it to the service centre, although the Eid holiday was four days including the weekend?

Samsung defective note 3 and mentally harrased by the samsung ho

I bought the Note 3 on 27 march 2014 as I am being using Samsung phones
for a long period and all the family members using Samsung smart phones
as well as Samsung home appliances .I was happy to buy this phone. However, when I started using it I found multiple defects in the phone. So
I reported the issue to your customer care team they advised me to
visit the service center. I visited the service center and they checked the
defects in the product and changed the motherboard of the phone. I
received the phone within 10 days. So, I started using the phone again.
However, after few days the product is defective again as the below
defects arises again in the phone. 1) Heating problem while charging, using any application or surfing/browsing and gaming. 2) Speaker issue: I am unable to here the person calling me and vice versa. 3) Phone hangs a lot. 4) Network issue. 5) Display flickers on numerous occasions and it suddenly blanks out the screen. I
visited the service center again they updated the software of the
phone. However, the issue is not resolved. Though the service center
used their all efforts to get it resolved. I appreciate the work done by
the service center and the services provided by the service center. I also contact with the Samsung customer care center lot of times for the same but till now i am not getting any support from Samsung customer care as well as from CEO Mailing Team they people transferred my call into the escalation department
and when i contact with them they also told that they will arrange a
call from head office who will help me out for the same and also told
that the person who will call he is the decision maker. after that on 18th or 19/sep/2014 I received a call from Mr. Amit, as per him he is the decision maker and he insured me that he will get back to me with the final decision within 24 Hrs,
but i did not receive any call from him side till now. Again i called
to customer care center on 22/sep/ 2014 for the same and they people
again told me that they will arrange a call. After that on 22/sep/ 2014 i received a call from Mr. Pankaj Talwar,
after a long conversation with him he told me that he will rectify my
phone from the service center and upgrade my warranty by 3 months. i
denied for the same and told him i want my money back as i am facing lot
of issues in my phone and i don't have enough time to launch a
complaint for the same. Then he commit me me that he will call me on
Tuesday (23/Sep/2014) with the final decision. but till now i am not getting any revert from samsung as well as from Mr Talwar. I
am very disappointed by this type of a behavior. i never expected that i
will get this type of false commitment from the good brand like
samsung. I am mentally harassed by this type of a behavior by the
samsung.Here, I would like to say that the phone itself has
these defects and I am not at all happy with the phone and now I am not
willing to accept this phone and would like my money to be refunded. As I
have faced enough issue. I have spent Rs. 47000 approx for this
