Samsung Samsung Galxy S21 Ultra

I have been a loyal customer to Samsung ever since my first phone and this has been the worst experience with support I have every received. To break down the incident this is what happened.

-My phone restarts randomly still under warranty and purchased directly from samsung (several times a day)
-I use Samsung resources to rectify the issue (all troubleshooting including calling tech support) and the issue is NOT RESOLVED
-I call Samsung support and am on the line for 2+ hours, I go up several supervisors and then managers and receive no solution. The agent tells me I have to send in my phone (which means go without a phone for 7-10 days which is not practical)
-I purchase a phone on the samsung website using the try now pay later and then ship out my phone to the repair center (I planned to return the phone once my phone was retrieved to not have to pay anything out of pocket while still having a phone)
-I ship out the broken phone and it reaches the repair center and they "repair" the device and ship it back out and say there is no issue
-I call the repair center and ask them "if there is the issue will I be able to receive a replacement phone and only have to return the broken phone after i receive the replacement?" THE AGENT THEN SAYS "I will put that in my notes and make sure that happens since we did inspect the phone and we did verify it that there was no issue. (my thinking is, if you trust your techs you only need them to see it once, otherwise are you calling your repair center incapable?)
-I received the "repaired" phone (the phone i purchased on samsung's website using the try now pay later program had no issues and both phones had the same settings which confirms the issue is just with my phone) and the phone has no issues for a couple days.
-Several days later the same issue occurs and I am by this point absolutely frustrated so I contact support in hopes of a solution. I call and inform support that the issue continues and support says "you must send in the device again so that our repair center may inspect it and it can be resolved, replaced or refunded" I then ask to speak to the supervisor and then the manager and all of them provide the same "solution" so then I ask to be transferred to a higher department. I am transferred to Case Management Department where there the same progression up the position ladder continues and I reach management where I am told AGAIN "you must send in the phone and we must diagnose the issue" which means I have to go WITHOUT a phone again to help samsung fix THEIR issue since their team is incapable of doing so. I was provided with NO OTHER OPTION.

As a lifelong, dedicated samsung customer who I have recommended and switched several people to, I am regretting all of that because of this horrible experience. I HAVE ALL THE NAMES OF PEOPLE I SPOKE TO. I want a solution to this issue and I want this to be resolved as a customer who has put a lot of money into a company who is supposed to provide me with a phone not take it away. AGAIN, SAMSUNG IS SUPPOSED TO PROVIDE ME WITH A PHONE NOT TAKE IT AWAY. This is the worst experience and I am very disappointed with the experience I have received from Samsung, if this is not handled properly and efficiently I will ensure to never do business with Samsung again and also ensure others hear about this on social media and every review outlet I can find.

I expect this to be resolved soon and efficiently. Figure this out, Samsung, I have relied on you for a while, don't let a dedicated customer down.

Samsung refrigerator

2 month old fridge bought at the brick Samsung started not cooling fully 10 days ago contacted them on the 27 june they gave me a 24 to 48 hr time line for service call. phoned them back gave me the service centers number called them they wouldn't come to far they said. called Samsung back gave me another service center called them 24hrs latter they wouldn't come to far . call Samsung back told them i want a new refrigerator they said no they would contact anther service center and call me back latter that day on the 30th. never heard from them. talked on chat line today they said that they would email me nothing yet.

Samsung My brand new 8k tv with soundbar and speakers

I have tried 4-6 times to have your so called "experts" help me get the TV and the sound system work in combination. It works for the day and than I turn on the System the next day and I have nothing that works. I have requested to have one of your "Samsung Care's" mobile units come to my home and NO ONE will help me, WHY? I have nothing but samsung equipment in my home 3 tv's and refrigerator ect ect I am really sad and disappointed in Samsung NO SERVICE! I used to BRAG on your product's but I think I will go Back to SONY or LG. I am gosh Darn tired of your Customer NO SERVICE! May I talk to a REAL PERSON who CARES about ME and my ISSUES?

Samsung Customer Service

Hello, I recently purchased s21 ultra and unfortunately as soon as I've pickup my new phone, I received an email from my company saying they already bought me a phone so i had to return mine. Upon returning the phone I've learned that my trade in was forfeited and I cannot get my tradein(my iphone6) back but also they bought SPC card on my behalf without my knowledge which is also non refundable. So in the end I'm out of iphone 6 and SPC card which they could of gave it to me for use since I've paid for it.
?! So this really ticked me off. First of all why would they have me paid for the phone at Yorkdale mall and have me go the other side of town to pickup the phone? Why not just say we're out of inventory but pls go directly to other mall and pickup? Also why are they spending my money for things I was not aware of and adding to my invoice? I've called your customer service number and after 2 hrs and 3 transfers last agent tells me nobody in that office is interested in talking to me about this and his advice is go back to yorkdale and deal with the manager I've already argued with. This is literally his words! Why bother have customer call this number for these kind of response and no help!
If you look at my account you'll see that I buy a new phone every year and I am loyal Samsung customer. I don't want special treatment, just fair decent customer service. And this experience should not of happened. Very disappointed... Jay Son ([protected]@protonmail.com)

Samsung Samsung active 2 smart watch

The watch was purchased by my wife for Christmas 2019. The watch now doesn't work. I sent it in to be repaired and the cost is more then it would be to buy a new watch. I just feel the watch should have lasted longer.

Desired outcome: I would like to have it repaired for free or get deprecation value of the watch.

Samsung Support for cell phone

Poor representation of Samsung by support staff.

Support staff have poor communication skills.

No follow-through on support or acknowledgement of customer's concerns.

No empathy or concern of any kind over poor treatment of customer needing support.

Unacceptable delays in responding to queries.

No response within promised time frame.

No attempt to apologize for the above.

Desired outcome: Have the CEO/President review complaints and how they are handled and how customers are treated. Allow customers to reply to emails from Support as the responses from Samsung do not match the enquiries and the process has to be repeated.

Samsung Front load washer-wording has rubbed off the control buttons

I purchased a Samsung Front Load Washer in November 2020. I also purchased an Extended Warranty. Within 6 months, the wording began to rub off the control buttons on the front panel. I can no longer Read the Start button or the information on the other control buttons, such as the "child control lock". It is difficult to operate this machine without knowing the purpose of each button. I contacted Samsung directly in May and June 2020. I also contacted the extended warranty company in June 2020. Both told me that Samsung will not cover this defect under their extended warranty, because it is a "cosmetic" issue. I do not feel it is cosmetic as I cannot locate the buttons to operate the machine or the "child control lock" because the wording has rubbed off and I did not know the functions of the buttons, without the wording. Samsung told me I have to purchase a new control panel, on my own.

Desired outcome: I would like Samsung to replace the front control panel

The range had several problems. Most were resolved. One was not and it is a dangerous one. Occasionally the gas will come on but the ignition does not. The first time scared me, I turned it off, waved around the stove to dissipate the gas, but still was afraid to turn it on. It has happened occasionally since then. We were told this cannot be fixed. I could not demonstrate this since it only happens occasionally. The other problems that were resolved were as follows. When the ignition for a burner is turned on, all the ignition burners come on. We were told this cannot be fixed. The knobs turned so easily that leaning over the stove moved them and the burners came on. For this we were told to get child safety covers. Samsung Samsung Galaxy A21 Phone

I would like to make a complaint about the Samsung Galaxy A21 Phone. I have had nothing but issues since I have had the phone. The battery port has been changed once already and now my phone will not charge correctly. I have corresponding documents to provide information on what I have tried. I really need

Samsung Galaxy M51

phone keeps stopping to charge the service centre reapairs it. happenned 4 times in 6 months for the same fault.
They just do some temporary repair and again same problem happens. Samsung will not replace the phone.
The life of the phone probably is only one year with frequent repairs. Every time you go to the service centre it is a struggle to get it repaired

Samsung Samsung dryer

My Samsung dryer developed a crack in the dryer. I called Samsung (May 21st) and it was under warranty. I was informed that if it was my fault, it would not be covered. As the dryer is less than a year old, I have taken care of it and not put any heavy items, no shoes, etc. in to dry. I was told that a service call would be set up (ticket number [protected]). After several days of not receiving a call back, I called Samsung again and was told that they did not have anyone available in my area that I would have to find someone on my own. I have a text message on May 25th from a Joan B. Samsung Service Dispatch Team (phone number [protected]). I spoke to someone else and asked them the process and told that I could schedule a service call, and then find out the cause of the issue. If it was found to not be my fault, then I would be reimbursed. I asked them to refer me to someone and was told that I had to find someone on my own (I believe this ticket was created on June 4th Ticket number [protected]). After locating a local repair man (Mr. Brummett) to inspect the dryer, I was told that it was a defect in the metal and that I could not have caused this. I then called back to Samsung to report this and was told that there actually was someone that they could send out ( A & E), and that this would be scheduled. I was also told to send in the receipt for payment of the repairman that came to my home and I would be reimbursed. After that, I received a call from the company that Samsung had contacted, and was told that they had a order that my dryer was in warranty and they would go ahead and order the parts to be delivered so that they could repair it the same day of the service call (scheduled for 6/14). After receiving the parts, I called Samsung today to request reimbursement for the first repair service fee and was told that it was not going to be reimbursed, I had been "misinformed" and that this would not be covered. I insisted to speak to a supervisor, and was told that he (Gustavo) was not available for the call, I then insisted that I speak with any supervisor and after a hold, I was told that there was none available but a call back would be scheduled. Now I am going to be out the cost of the first service call, which was approved of by the company, and also no coverage of the repair even though it was found by a repair man to be defective metal. Samsung Cellphone damaged by service centre

Good Day

I handed in my phone by Samsung Rivonia/ Sunninghill to be repaired as it was not switching on and I hand no idea why. The phone is still under warranty.
After a week or so I received a quote for over R 5000.00 to have it repaired. I disputed this asking why I have to pay that huge amount. I called the service center and spoke to a very rude lady that said my phone is bent and if I am not happy with the feedback I can take the matter further.

I then contacted the Samsung complaints that also refused to help me and came back saying that the phone is bent and it is dented. They refused to look into the matter further.

So first it was bent and now it has a dent. I highly disagreed with this. I decide to go and collect my phone to see for myself what is going on.

I took my phone but it in my bag and when I got home I looked at my phone and I broke down in tears. My hone was bent to no extent - there is no way in my right mind that a person phone can be so bent without noticing it. If my phone was that bent when I gave it in I WOULD HAVE noticed it. But now not only is the phone bent it can not close at all at the back. This is a new phone that has never been opened up before.

So they damaged my phone and now I just have to sit back because Samsung is such a big company and they can just bully their customers the way they want to.

I am not leaving this matter I want the technician that damaged my phone to be help accountable for it.

I will be escalating this matter to each and every samsung complaints around the world to let them know what Samsung is doing here in South Africa.

Desired outcome: Technician to be held accountable and my phone to be fixed

Samsung UN50NU7100 50” TV

I have the dark band going up the left side of the screen that's a well documented issue. I spoke to CS. They offered a partial refund which is actually a credit given I have to use it on the Samsung website to purchase another Samsung product. This TV is less than three years old! To add insult to injury, the CS rep NEVER told me the unit would have to be picked up by Samsung before the PARTIAL credit was issued. I was told it just had to be approved and then "don't dispose of the unit. They may or may not want it back." So now, I can't order a replacement for this defective unit until Samsung decides to get around to picking it up and then wait some more for them to process that "return." Utterly unacceptable for a fairly new product with a known defect. I have never been so disappointed in a company. Samsung needs to take responsibility for their manufacturing mistake and not punish the consumer.

Desired outcome: I want the “credit” issued and THEN Samsung can pick up defective unit AFTER replacement has been received.

Samsung Built in Micro/Oven Combo

We purchased this appliance in April 23rd 2019, and it is now non-operational due to a code C-A2. I just cannot believe it went out this quick only 2 years. Quite disappointed! I wonder how many of these have the same or similar issue and how long they last. Paid a pretty penny for it too! It must be high since we cannot seem to get a Technician out here soon. they are scheduling us out over a week before they can send someone! If the demand for repair is this high and not enough technicians to help support the demand to be over a week out, it leaves nothing but a bad review.

Samsung Refrigerator and oven

I have all Samsung products, regrettably. All purchased in 2015.
The refrigerator is Model RF-263TEAESG repeatedly freezes up due to the top ice maker and now the bottom ice maker is out too. I've had this fridge serviced many times through my home warranty. And I'm sick and tired of spending my money on this defected product!
The oven has been a nightmare as well, Model NE59J7630SG. The mother board has gone out twice, once it burned up causing the house to fill with smoke. The convection fan motor has gone out and now the top heating element is out causing my cook times to take forever. I also have had this oven repaired several times. Samsung should not be making appliances!

Desired outcome: Lawsuit for my money back...

Samsung Led tv

I spent an hour today trying to mirror my IPod or IPad to mySamsung TV only to find out after two calls to the service center, that Apple products are not compatible with Samsung TVs. I have been able to do so with Sony TVs and others. This is the LAST time I buy a Samsung product. What a stupid policy. You tell me I use too many CAPS. Thank you for the English lesson. I taught university in the USA for 40 years.

Samsung RF22N9781SG

Our Ice Flapper kept opening and shutting, after looking online, it has come to our attention that Samsung Refrigerator has a problem with this and should probably do a recall. A tech came out and literally just disconnected the wire to shut it down because he has to order a new door to fix the ICE FLAPPER. I told the Rep on the phone we would need this as I read all the complaints. Big surprise we need a new door because of the ice flapper, not because we need a new door! This is very frustrating as this is why we do not buy Maytag products as they did this with their cooling element, they hoped that your warranty would run out before the problem occurred, this is what we feel your company is doing. I love your products up until this point, we should not have to pay for a new door because of our ice flapper, that you are well aware malfunctions!

Desired outcome: We should not have to pay for a new door, we had no problem paying the $200 for the call and tech

Samsung Government employee discount

I visit Samsung.com for the first time to purchase a Galaxy S21 Ultra Smart Phone. I learned while bowing the site that they offer a 30% discount for government employees plus a discount for you my Galaxy S8 smartphone. When I clicked to check out it directed me to a site, ID. me. I thinking, what the heck is this? I thought I clicked on something wrong our perhaps I was directed to a site to intercept my credit card information. So I closed it and reopen Samsung.com and attempt to check out again. One would think Samsung would advise customer this was part of the government discount process, ID. me. Fast forward, I created a ID. me account, my government email was confirmed, however at check out Samsung indicated Government discount not available email not confirmed. I spent almost an hour with customer service via their Chat which was basically a waste of my time because I received no resolution nor their so-called government employee discount. Afterwards, I decided to googly ID. me complaints and read some of their thousand 1 STAR review consumer complaints as well as a few thousand consumer complaints about Samsung products and services. My complaint is, why offer a government employee discount using this ID. me a third part site, that obviously show negative results. I'm not applying for unemployment benefits or DMV transaction or any of the items necessary to use ID. me, I was a customer attempting to make a purchase from a website. Samsung has made it impossible to receive their so-called government employee discount by using this ID. me third part app. I think it's an advertising tactic to lieu people to their site due to bad reviews of their products and services and are aware of ID. me unreliable verification service. At the end of the day... I was a VERY disappointed Samsung customer who decided to dismiss the idea of a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and consider my $1100.00 investment in Apple's iPhone 12 Pro Max smart phone instead.

Trying to buy a smart watch, I somehow selected government employee discount program, only problem, I'm not a government employee.

It wants me to verify my government employee status before I can purchase.

They have no way for me to change my status, so I cannot make any purchases from the Samsung store now, I'm locked into the government employee discount program, and cannot purchase anything without verification first, but I can't because I'm not an government employee.

How hard would it be to have a link, something like, "oops, I'm not a government employee" or anything, something on my profile I can change. But nope, that's way to complicated for a company like Samsung to have something so simple.

Guess I'll go Apple and dump all my Samsung gear, because I'm not going to register my other email account to create a new account so Samsung can spam that inbox too for something this stupid.

It's been fun, loved the Galaxy line of tech, but this level of incompetence has me looking elsewhere.

1)No cooling, Model Double door, SAMSUNG refrigerator no 033E RT36HDRZESP/TL

2)Repeated complaints aleast 20 times. youe technician also visited and changed the sensor atleast 10 times. Again there is no cooling. Fundamental problem is not identified. If it cannot be set right i will accept it. please escalate take prompt action
