Company advertised on *** that clothing was made in ***. I bought 2 dresses at around $40 each. When they arrived with packaging very clearly not from *** they were poor quality and didnt fit. When I asked customer service for an address to return they offered to pay me $12 and I could keep the dresses. When I refused and told them I would accept nothing but a full refund they offered $32. This is a scam. I should have known better.

Advertises that clothes are made in . And company based out of ***. *** took a long time to arrive and were unacceptable quality shipped and made directly from ***. I requested a refund of my $79.88 and an address to return items. I received an offer of getting $12 back and keep the clothes. I told , not acceptable. Then they offered $20, then $30? Only way to communicate was via an email back and forth. I told them that I would put in a complaint if not getting a full refund. Next they tell me I can send my items to an address in ***? But they advise against it since it is very expensive and you have to pay for that and get a tracking number and then supposedly they will refund ?I dont trust that to happen. So total SCAM!Do not do business with this company. It should be removed from ***!I put in a complaint with my CC company. Not sure what that will accomplish.

I ordered a dress it doesn’t fit and I need to return it I can’t seem to get in touch with anyone or any part of their website connects me to customer service to get a return number for mailing the item back

This was not a cheap dress very expensive and I need my money back

I ordered 2 dresses size XL I received 2 dresses size SMALL. I asked for a replacement and was told they would send the XL and the only thing I would be responsible for was the shipping $14.99. Wanted is a confirmation of payment before shipment. I am having difficulty doing that thru Paypal. and it is quite difficult contacting anyone. I need this dress no later than 6/28...Please help, so I can pay the postage and get my dress

I purchased 2 dresses in an XL size ...one fit and one didn't. I want a refund cuz the way the dress is cut even a larger size would not work. I have asked for refund info and they won't respond.

I spent *** on an order from Klynu in September, with free shipping. They advertise that their clothing is made in ***. There is no country of origin tag on the garments (isnt that required?) but the plastic bags say Made in ***. The items are not as described. They offered me $20. After I declined it, they responded, How about $48? and said their warehouse is in ***, so its too costly for them to accept returns. I want my money back. Do I have any recourse?

Company advertises it's Company and products are located in the *** in ***. After placing and order you don't get an email confirmation and the products ship from overseas taking several weeks. The company also advertises an easy return policy. I requested a return authorization for items purchased and they replied I could keep the items and they would refund me approximately 10% of what I paid because they cannot return items to ***. It is a scam and I am not getting my refund.

Quality of the clothing was subpar. The return policy states to contact the customer service area for a confirmation of your return. Had to send multiple e mails before a response. Once I finally got a response, they came back with a $30 compensation (I spent $97) I rejected that offer and asked for a return label. They then came back with a compensation of $64 USD! The site claims they are out of *** but clearly, they are not as the delivery service used was SF-Express which looks to be *** based. This company needs to stop defrauding people. SHUT THEM DOWN!

I purchased a dress from this company. What was sent is no where near what the picture was online that I purchased. Company only wants to give me $22.00 back on a $55.00 purchase. Also. Their site stated the dress was made in South Carolina when it was actually made in China. The *** allowed by them started at $8.00 and for me to keep the dress. Then went up to $12.00 now they say the max *** of $22.00 and keep the dress. Since it will cost more to ship it back to ***. They are very difficult to deal with send items completely not what was ordered and are fraudulent on where item was made. They wont send me return information which I have asked for every day for 4 days.

I placed an order with company Klynu from an advertisement they had on *** Claimed goods made in SC and free returns within 39 days. Order placed on 7/30/2022. After several days after placing order I did not hear from them and sent an e-mail canceling my order. Two days later I get a tracking number. I received goods around 8/12 and sent an e/mail that the guy snd quality was poor and I wanted an RA to return the goods. I was told they would refund me *** to keep my order . After going back and forth they said they would refund me *** as it was not worth returning to ***. I still have the garments unworn and in original bag and want to return for full refunds. I placed an online order from a *** ad with a company called Klynu. I ordered 5 womens shirts at a total cost of $168.10 on 7/20/22. (Klynu order# ***). I never have received the order. I requested the order be cancelled on 8/11/22. They did not cancel, and sent me a notice that they shipped the items on 8/15/22. (The *** has not received the package as of 8/17/22 per *** tracking number *** provided by Klynu.) Klynu credited my *** for $35.14 for an unavailable item. I am disputing the remaining charge of $132.96 with ***. This company advertised clothing made in *** in ***. The problem is, I think they are from overseas, and are misrepresenting themselves online. It would never take so long to get an order from N. *** Buyers need to be wary of this company.

The Klynu website states its clothes are made and shipped from ***. I placed an order which took 3 weeks to arrive. The package was shipped from ***. No tracking info provided. The items were not as described on the website. The materials were cheap and the items poorly made. I reached out to PayPal as well as the company for return info. They offered me partial refunds starting at $75 and up to $135 asking me to keep the items. They finally sent the return address (the address provided here, there is no corporate address or phone number on their website). I returned the items insured the same day which cost $14. I received a refund for the items ( approx $174) but not the shipping. These items were not as described at all and I want my shipping refunded. I would also like others to know this is a scam site and should not buy anything from them.

In July 2022 I ordered 2 dresses from this company after seeing heavy advertising on *** Reviews were positive and my research seemed to identify the company as average to work with. One of the dresses did not fit at all. The advertisement for this company states Easy returns/ Exchanges. They also claim dressed are make in US or AUS. When the package arrived there was no paperwork, no full return address and the envelop has oriental writing on it along with an indicator this shipment went through a *** airport, *** wants to offer me a quarter of my cost on this dress to make the issue go away. I've also uncovered they operate under several business names included, buy not limited to Klynu, *** and ***I have also come to discover many other people experienced the "brush off" from these people and just let it go.The fact that they are all over social media tells me they will continue to conduct business in this very unethical fashion.

I ordered two dresses from this company who advertises they are in ***. They charged my account on 8/3/22 for $79.78. I had my doubts that it was really based in *** because of the way certain things were written. Also, after I placed the order, i saw the exact same dresses listed under other company names! I received the dresses on 8/22/22, but they were too tight in the bust. Since they don't make them in larger sizes, I looked in the bag for return instructions. Nothing. I sent the company an e-mail and received a response back that they would credit my account $12 if I would kindly keep the dresses. I wrote back and said no and again asked for return instructions. They wrote back a second time and offered me a $24 refund to my credit card. Again, I refused. The latest e-mail I received from them this morning said it was their final offer and it was for $40 and would I accept it because their return address is in ***! The order number is ***.

I placed an order for dresses from a company, Klynu, claiming that they are located in ***. On August 19, 2022, my Amex was charged for $298.73 for the dresses. On Sept 15, 2022, I received the dresses. Immediately upon opening the packages, the smell of chemicals was overwhelming and made me nauseous. The return address on the package I received is not precise according to *** Maps-- "***, *** (also attached).On Sept 26, I looked at the return policy on their site and read that I was to reach out to *** I sent an email requesting a refund and Mailing Authorization form. I have attached my email. They responded by apologizing and asking if I would accept $40 in return (email attached). This continued back and forth until their most recent response, offering me $100 (email attached). I have followed their Return process protocol, and still have not been offered either the Mail authorization or my full refund.

I ordered 3 dresses and one sweatshirt from *** for a total of $163.00. The site states Our company is based in ***, so our products are all made and shipped from ***. I wanted to be sure they were made in ***. August 22 I recd an email saying the items had shipped. On Sept 1, I emailed them as I had not recd them and the tracking number said *** in *** was awaiting the package. When I questioned this, they responded, We have 2 warehouses in US, one is in Elizabethport, , the other is in ***. When I finally recd the package there was Asian writing, return address label said ***, ***. On another label it listed the contents (3 dresses, one sweatshirt) for a total value of $61.00 When I contacted them about returning these items they suggested a payment of $28 refund and I could keep the items. I responded no as I want a full refund and in subsequent emails they went up to $54, $80, and then $90 telling me if I wanted a full refund I would have to send them to an address in ***!

Website states dresses are made in ***, they are made in ***! I purchased 2 dresses. After reaching out to the company inquiring about a delivery date, they were never able to give me a date. They sent me a tracking number which was not trackable by *** I then went to my bank and had a conversation with an account specialist. She advised me to have the bank retract the payment. One week later the two dresses arrived, however one of the dresses was extremely large. I ordered a size small and the dress clearly was at least a size large. The same day I received the dresses I contacted the bank and told them to go ahead and give the money back to the company. I reached out to the company because the website also says free returns within *** $12 to keep the dress, I said I wanted to return the dress and was seeking a return authorization. Next they offered me $20 for the dress, I reached out again and said I did not want $20 for the dress, I wanted my $39.99 back for the dress. They then offered me $25 for the dress. Again I insisted they give me an authorization for the return and credit me $39.99. Next they told me to send the dress back, send them the tracking number and when they receive the dress they would credit me the $39.99. I mailed the dress back, I supplied the tracking number and now they are telling me because there was a charge back involved, they will not refund me the $39.99. Now they have my money, the $5.20 for me to mail the dress back and they have the dress. Do I have any recourse? Thank you for your help!

This company (***) has a return policy on their website that states the following. However, upon contacting customer service, they did not issue authorization and kept increasing the amount of $ they would refund (from $16 to $40 after three emails). I do not want a settlement. I want to return the items. They are not what I purchased and do not fit. I would not have purchased if they didn't have a return policy."To make return/exchange service as easy as possible, please follow the guidelines as below:1: Please contact with our customer service to get a return/exchange authorization and return address within 30 days upon receipt. We don't accept the returned package without authorized from customer service.2 : Only if our products have quality problems, we will accept return request.And please allow a little bit color and size difference, this is inevitable.3 : All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and the *** protective strip intact. On 8/7, I ordered several dresses in hopes of finding one or two to wear to an important weekend coming up later in the month. After a week, I had not received my order, so called and was told the order was being held up due to one item on back order. The website indicates this is a South *** company so I told them to cancel that item and mail everything else right away. I was given a credit for the item but the order did not arrive in time for my weekend. When the package did finally show up, the shipping label indicates *** / *** with no South *** address anywhere. The items were extremely disappointing! The fabric was almost plastic-like and the fit was not flattering in any way/shape/form. So I contacted customer service regarding this and indicated I would like to return all but one item for a full refund. *** told me to keep the items and offered a $30 refund on 9/8. I replied that was not acceptable, wanted my $220 refunded and to please have a manager contact me. Received another email shortly thereafter offering $50 with immediate credit given. I replied NO that was not okay, I wanted to return the items and expected a full refund like every other reputable company provides for on-line orders. I did not receive another response even after I asked for their address to return the items. There is no address on the website and the only address I have is the return address on the package. I would appreciate any assistance you can give to help me get my money refunded, but more importantly look into this company's "bait and switch" practices.
