I live in Istanbul Turkey. I needed a battery for my galaxy J2 Core phone. I was referred to a Samsung service in Avcilar, Istanbul. I purchased a Battery, thinking that it is the original battery. Then I asked for guaranty and the receipt but they avoid doing that, indicating that there is no one to give me receipt. I was there during the work hours around 3:00 PM. there was a bout 10 sales representative and not one person to print the receipt? I Knew something was wrong! I said I won't live the store until I get it. But they ask me to leave the store without printing a guaranty and receipt. It was very insulting . I am 59 years old. Their behavior was not acceptable!After one hour they gave me a receipt which I haven't rea it yet since my eye glasses is lost.
It has not been two days yet, and the battery is not working. I do not want to spend money to go the service by taxi since it is very far rom where I live because of the Covid-19 situation in Turkey. Plus, I spent so much money to get an original Battery so I can't be bother in the future. This seems like the battery is not original. They are representing Samsung! I am not going to be quiet about it. I will take legal action for insulting me and selling me a fake product. Is this what Samsung is?

In December of 2020, I contacted Samsung customer service directly on their website because I wanted to purchase a television that was compatible with the MLB Channel. The Samsung customer service person recommended a television and assured me that it was compatible with the MLB Channel. (I have a copy of our chat)
The baseball season did not start until April so I could not test it out ahead of time. Turns out it's not compatible, your salesperson was wrong! Now it's over the return period. I contacted Samsung and was told there's nothing they can do. I would not of purchased the television if I knew it was not compatible. Samsung will not accept responsibility for their salesperson's mistake.

Service for z flip phone
I purchased the new Samsung Z Flip Phone in November, 2020. It arrived defective. The battery wouldn't charge and the sensor wasn't responding to most tasks. I was sent a "loaner" phone immediately and a label to return my phone for repair. I received my phone back and the battery worked great. The sensor still had issues but I felt I should give the phone and myself some time to get acquainted before having to go through another repair situation.
In April of this year (2021) I sent an e-mail indicating my phone was still not operating properly. I received a reply with a phone number to contact to get the phone repaired.
This is when my problems began. I was told I wasn't allowed to have a "loaner" phone unless I paid $2, 000.00 to use it. I was sent a 2nd day air label to send the phone back to Samsung for repair. There are not facilities in Las Vegas that repair the Z Flip Phone. I was promised that when the phone arrived it wouldn't sit in line awaiting someone to repair it. It would be attended to right away. I took my chance in hopes that I would have my phone back within the 5 days quoted. I sent my phone in on May 19, 2021 and received an e-mail from Samsung on May 20, 2021 that the phone was received. This was great! I hopefully will have my phone back by the following Tuesday, May 25, 2021. Well, on Tuesday I hadn't received any correspondence from Samsung so I called. I spoke with Santos who said he was holding my phone but had to wait for me to pay for the repair work before he could do anything. I was never directed to contact anyone to pay anything. After over 2 hours of being transferred to Asurion by Santos, back to Samsung from Asurion and again and again and again, well over an hour had passed. I was literally in tears. I'm a 62 yr. woman who lives alone and runs a company and I don't have a phone! t's not only frightening but uncalled for. I finally reached the original girl that sent me the return label from Samsung and thankfully she remembered me. She said to me in a matter of fact way that I have to pay to have the phone repaired. Why didn't she tell me that in the beginning? Why wasn't I contacted to make a payment? I asked her why I had to pay when my phone is still under warranty and I have the Care + plan. Her answer was that I didn't tell her that. I did tell her! Although I disagreed I made the payment and she told me the phone would be repaired that day and sent out 2nd day air to me. I never received a confirmation that the phone was sent. I called this morning and after an hour and a half of being passed around and disconnected I reached the same girl who told me that there is a 24 hour wait time after repair. Why didn't she tell me that yesterday? Then I wouldn't have to waste my time this morning.! She insisted she did tell me. I asked her to get the phone recording and she had nothing to say. She did promise to follow up with my phone and send me an e-mail one way or another sometime around 4:00 pm today.
Desired outcome: I still do not have my phone
Dented product and the lies told about a 10% refund... past the 15 day inspection period.
First of all it is nearly impossible to get to anyone that knows anything. They run you around from dept. to dept. and never get any satisfaction. On april 23rd I complained that the range I purchsed was dented. It was past the 15
day period because I was redoing a kitchen. They put me in contact with someone that said they would refund 10% of the purchase price... They did not. When I called today May 26th, , , they professed to know nothing about it. I was on the phone for over an hour... talked to many different people and none knew anything relevant to my call. Samsung customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. HORRIBLE!

I called Samsung about my dishwasher not working they send out four different technicians on four different times and the last time they sent out two technicians and couldn't figure it out, and said we can't fix it.I've been dealing with this for 2.5 months, and I haven't had a dishwasher. Samsung told me they're gonna have to send somebody else again to fix it. At this point I'm done. I asked to replace or a refund and They said Replace it . Then a couple of days later they said we're going to give you a refund it will be in the mail in two days. They call me today day and said we can't replace it with out a pitchers, and then we can review your refund. the customer/Communication service is horrible. I'm not sure if I'll ever buy a Samsung product online again.

The electricity in the neighborhood blinked off last week. Ever since then the panel in front has been blinking and nothing works on the panel. Now everything is freezing, but I do have ice in the maker, but not in the one below. Do I get someone to pull out my frig and unplug then replug it back ?

Our Samsung Fridge stopped working on May 9th. After calling four times a day the technician came on May 11. He said he can't fix it as they are closed for Eid holiday (Eid official holiday was from 12-16 May) now we contacted them again they said they are closed till 23 May and after that they'll give us an appointment. How is it possible for us to wait for 16 days or more for a fridge to be fixed. How can anyone wait 16 days for a technician to come where's the after sale service. The Whatsapp emergency number blocked us! Never buying Samsung again!

I am very disappointed with the samsung french door refrigerator model rf236beaesg. The door bins and drawers are very poorly made with the cheapest plastic possible and not for family use. 1. The cool select pantry drawer has been glued in different places due to multiple cracks. (not much is kept in the drawer but cold cuts' and cheese) 2. The bins on the french doors have come flying off the door causing breakage of pricey condiments. The baskets do not have proper holders (what is there is very brittle) to keep the bins attached to the door. The bins do have heavy duty tape holding the clear part of the bins to the white part of bins. Still the clear part of the bin comes open. I would appreciate this issue resolved in a timely manner. It has put a bad taste in my mouth regarding samsung products. Our tvs and phone are samsung and have had a high regard for samsung products until now. (refrigerator was purchased december 2018.)

I have filed a complaint about my 40" TV not working on 2nd May 2021 No:[protected] again followed up on 4th May. Person came home, told us that the mother board is gone, said he will come with the same but never returned. does not respond to phone. filed complaint again on 15th May No: [protected]. Was shunted to 4 differenct persons. Each time put on hold and later a different person would speak. Have to start the whole thing again. Staying at home due to covid without TV is extremey difficult. Please help

Q60 TV
We have a Q60 TV which was under warranty when we reached out to Samsung about issues with it shutting off, buffering excessively and turning itself on after we turn it off. Technicians were out to our home twice, replaced parts and the problems continued, even when the technicians were still at our house. Twice Samsung took remote control of the TV and the problems happened while they had control of it.
Samsung case management was contacted. They said they would replace the TV but that model was not available. They indicated that they would consider moving up to the next level, but they delayed too long and that model was not available in our area either at that time. They would not go up to the next model.
In the end they only offered to reimburse us with story credit at BestBuy for the original cost of the TV. Remember, the same model and the next model are not available. The next model up is double the reimbursement amount.
So, Samsung did nothing for us. Reimbursed us for a TV that never work properly and I have to now buy a new TV that is double the price than the one that was defective.
Besides all of this, they never called us back in 2 days or 3 to 5 days as they indicated from time to time. We called them several times and had more than 5 "ticket numbers" from them to address the issues.
This is the worst customer service I have every experienced and will not be buying Samsung products any longer. I am making arrangement to trade my 4 Samsung Smartphones in for iPhones.
Desired outcome: A replacement TV at whatever level it takes for Samsung to supply.

I made a purchase of the note 20.
I contacted costumer service (or what ever department) and tried to get head phones per the promotion that requires you to call them and give them your receipt for confirmation of a phone purchase.
this was on april 19. It is 5/13/2021 and still no head phones.
I have been on the phone for 5 hours, have spoken with 11 different people in several different departments and am still on the phone for some F###### 30$ headphones.

My 4 year old washing machine rusted so badly from the inside that it will not remain balanced. Also the door hung rusted so badly it came apart from the unit. Samsung refuses to do anything about it. Customer service just sends me in circles to different representatives and won't let me speak with a manager. The use Service Quick as their "repair" specialists and they are even worse than Samsung. Totally incompetent; rude, dishonest, and unreliable. I will NEVER buy any Samsung product again and will make sure everyone I know also does not. Terrible terrible product, service, and customer service l.

I have been experiencing problems with my television for a few months where it does not turn on and when it does turn on, the screen has issues.
To resolve this issue, I have called several times to Samsung and no one seems to be able to resolve this issue. I have called and spoke to different representatives for numerous hours.
Samsung has reached out to their technicians in Vancouver, CA and I had to arrange a time out of my work day to accommodate them. They came over and set up a work station in my living room, and started diagnosing the issue at hand and concluded the TV is unfixable. I was told to contact Samsung. I then reach out to Samsung, and they need to have another technician come into my house again (during covid19). The first time technicians came by, I had to sanitize my own personal home, and now I need to do this all over again. I took time off work to have these technicians come by in the first place, and Samsung insists that I take time off work again. This is unacceptable, as they are not the ones that pay for my living expenses. Most importantly, this television is still under warranty, and I am being directed in circles. As a consumer, I paid good money to have a good product, but I was wrong, I purchased stress and for a disaster.
The case number is [protected], this is also a reference number to my recorded phone call with Gilbert, employee number 501991, whom claims to be an executive customer service member. He was unable to understand my issues and my situation. Which, defies the roles of being a customer service representative. I am very disgusted and dissatisfied with this entire procedure.
I will Issue a formal written complaint as I feel very mistreated as a customer. I have spent enough effort and time to be directed in circles over and over again. There does not seem to be anybody that I can contact over at Samsung to resolve this issue. If this is the type of customer service that is available, I will make a voice about this and raise some serious concern.

Freezer and icemaker quit working in less than seven years of purchase date. Service Quick company has been to our house 5+ times and nothing has been fixed. Samsung offered to pay for the parts and services then told us it can't be fixed... Complained that refrigerator should not break in under seven years and have asked for a refund. After much pursuing I've been on the phone for hours collectively over the last three months trying to resolve this issue after being promised a refund and then having it canceled by them 3x now. HUGE issue with the lack of integrity. That is what I'm fighting for.

I have had multiple issues with our refrigerator freezing up as well as the ice maker not functioning. Samsung has offered to replace the ice maker but will not fix the cooling towers that freeze up. I am extremely upset with the icemaker in this appliance. It worked great for the first year and now it gets continually worse. My warranty, of course is up and by what I have researched this is a known problem and Samsung is unwilling to correct it. I have tried everything suggested in the troubleshooting guide as well as everything suggested by other consumers...nothing. The ice maker freezes up so badly that the only thing I can do is thaw it at least once a week with a blow dryer just to get it unblocked for another week. I have had many people ask me about refrigerators and I always tell them do not purchase a Samsung.

Had the ice maker replaced at the last service call and it still freezes up monthly. I have now decided to spend every bit of my retired energy letting potential customers know that Samsung refigerators are a piece of junk.

On 26.04.2021 I went in the customer centre by Rivonia to have my phone checked as it was overheating and being a phone bought on 17.08.2020 it truely falls within the warranty period. The lady serving me asked for the proof of purchase and all I had was the contract that I had signed by the Telkom store which she refused to recognize well and fine that's protocol . But on the second thought I really felt she was playing with my mind and that irked me badly and I just decided I should leave the phone with Samsung till it is fixed cause already you have spent R20 000 on a faulty phone which the brand does not want to take responsibility. Nonetheless if you visit their competitor Huawei the actually give you an umbrella for the visit. So when I got home I called her to give my details and she said she will not fix the phone till I get that document. In this day and age Samsung cannot track a mobile phone that was produced less than a year ago i really felt if I had my way out I would change brands.
The phone is a S20 which is overheating and its a known fact by Samsung that their phones were defective. I think as Samsung they should improve'
