Sam's Club review: unethical behavior redemption of $300 gift card

On February 7, 2016 while shopping @ Sam's Club I was approached by 3rd party vendor by the name of Andrew soliciting Directv sales with the promise of $300 gift card to switch cable service. I asked what was the catch regarding the gift card. his reply was no catch just have to use card at Sam's or Walmart stores. It is now March 22, 2016 I have not received gift card can not find anyone to assist on how to redeem the gift card. I have now formed an opinion was as a scam. I will be reporting this to the BB as an complaint against Sam's Club as they are the retailer of the gift card. I have kept my end of the agreement but this vendor putting Sam's reputation on the line as being dishonest. I expect this issue to be rectified immediately. I would like to pick up the card at the Town Square Center in Roanoke Virginia 24012 at the customer service counter tomorrow.
