Sam's Club review: Tires and warranty

On july 26, 2021 I went to sam's club in regards to the tires I bought in feb.2021. I took my car to get aligned and they said the tires are not good (they have bumps). Sam's club is stating the car needed to get aligned within 30days of purchasing tires, but the receipt and warranty states they recommend alignment and if it's not done it would void warranty. Sam's club said the balanced the tires. I took the paperwork from good year in regards to the tires and they would not honor the warranty. When I called on july 25, the employee that answered said I know about those bumps on the tire. All of a sudden today, it's because it wasn't aligned. Today no one knew who said that, but there aren't that many employees their and you should have a schedule.
